Kopytka are a traditional Polish - made with mashed potatoes, eggs + . They are a simple dish, easily made with leftovers and can be very versatile.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, I decided to have some fun and make them with pumpkin. I’ll show you two different ways to serve them up! Pumpkin Kopytka delicate - mild pumpkin flavor - versatile ingredients: directions:
