We also continue to sponsor and participate in events like the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) “Bid Day Simulation” in an effort to reach students who may be interested in construction estimating as a career. These events represent a 160% increase in Aristeo’s outreach efforts compared to last year.

Our teams have also been active presenters at multiple educational sessions at universities and technical schools around the state. These educational sessions provide us with the opportunity to teach students about the variety of career paths in construction, showcase the exciting work they could be a part of, and Aristeo attended the AGC of Michigan Aristeo attended the Junior Achievement answer questions they may have.
