No. Date Items 1. 31 October – CIBS started the application promotion of Round 15 (Q29 and Q30) from late October to mid-December. The main 19 December, theme was Arts and Cultural for Q29, and Religious and Philosophy for Q30. Street counters and mobile publicity 6, 13, 17 November car promotion were arranged in November. Besides, CIBS joined the activity “Asian Ethnic Cultural Performances” (亞裔藝采) organized by LCSD at Kong Cultural Centre Piazzas in mid-November. 2. 2 November PTC conducted the semi-final of “Inter-collegiate Putonghua Debate Competition” (大專普通話辯論賽 (準決賽)) in early November. 3. 7, 24 November, R3, co-organized with SCMP, launched the “Operation Santa Clause 2019” at HKEX Connect Hall in early 28 November – November. One of the charity events “Five-a-side Football Tournament” was conducted in late November. R3 1 December will also cover another event “ Open Golf Tournament” for OSC promotion. 4. 9, 25, 30 November, Presentation Unit organized the “Organ Donation Day 2019 cum 50th Anniversary of First Kidney Transplant in 7, 15 December Hong Kong” (器官捐贈 2019 暨香港腎臟移植 50 周年) in November. Four outreaches was/will be conducted by PTC, R1 and R5 in November and December. 5. 11–15, 24 & 25 PAU produced the “District Council Election Forum 2019” (2019 區議會選舉論壇) in mid-November. Interviews November of candidates were arranged by CNCA on the election day. 6. 14, 19 November R1 live relayed two matches, namely Hong Kong vs Bahrain and Hong Kong vs Cambodia, of the “2022 FIFA World Cup Qualification” (2022 世界盃外圍賽) in November. 7. 16 November R1 launched a new programme “Mediation Mission” (調解任務) in November. The programme introduced the features of mediation and skills to resolve disputes. Guest of the first episode was TSANG Yok-sing, Jasper. 8. 29 November, CEU re-scheduled the semi-final of “Audio Book Best Voice Competition 2020” (有聲好書全港中學生聲演比賽) 11 December, via online platforms in late November. The ten finalists will be announced in press conference in mid-December. 7 or 8 December In early December, the semi-final of “The Speaker 2020” will be taken place. Candidates will be asked to submit online videos for interview.

1 No. Date Items 9. 3 December R4 and R5 will join together to present a seminar entitled “When Opera Meets Cantonese Music” (當粵劇 遇上粵樂) to discuss the interrelationship between the two art forms in early December. Cantonese opera artist YUEN Siu-fai (阮兆輝) and Cantonese music expert CHAN Chi-chun (陳子晉) to be the speakers. They will be joined by LEUNG Bo-wah (梁寶華), a renowned academic in the field. 10. 11 December In December, “Elderly Road Safety Outreach” (香江暖流長者道路安全陪你行) of R5 will be arranged at three MTR stations. 11. 13 – 29 December PAU will launch the public voting of “Sound Files 2019” (聲音檔案選舉 2019) for the most remarkable sound bites of the year. Putonghua version will be produced by PTC. 12. 14, 19, 23 December PTC, R5 and R1 will organize promotional activities at the“HK Brands and Products Expo” (香港工展會) in December. 13. 23 December 2019 – A series of special programmes will be arranged for Year Ender 2019: 12 January 2020 R1 - “Healthpedia” (精靈一點), “Decathlon” (十項全能), “Climate Watcher” (大氣候), “Young Politician” (政壇新 秀訓練班); R2 – “Morning Suite” (晨光第一線), “Made in Hong Kong, Knowledge Co.” (知識會社), “We Are Family” (自己 人), “R2 Cinema” (二台院線), “Chinese Pop Chart” (中文歌曲龍虎榜), “International Pop Chart” (環球榜), “Teen 空海闊”, “大韓璇風”; R3 - “Best of Backchat and Backchat: Person of the Year”; R4 - “Top 10 Music Headlines 2019”; R5 - “MagaSenior” (香江暖流), “Traditional ” (戲曲天地); PTC - “New ’ Connection” (新紫荊廣場), “Hear the World” (寰聽世界), “eZone” (E線金融網); PAU - “The World in a Nutshell” (十萬八千里), “Talkabout” (千禧年代), “ on the Dot” (中國點點點); and “Newsroom - International, Local, Mainland, Finance and Sports news”. 14. 24 – 25 December R4 will organize the “College Christmas Concert – Messiah Encore” at Wah Yan College Kowloon on Christmas Eve. R3 will relay the “Midnight Mass” from St.John’s Cathedral at Christmas night.

No. Date Items 1. Oct - Dec TV Division produced short videos “我們在乎你” (23 episodes x 2 minutes) with positive message to release public's pressure. Guests included 曾繁光, 羅乃萱, 鄭寶君, 黃陳子英, 黃成榮, 梁重皿 & 吳世豪. Besides, positive messages from different programmes, including “My Birthday” (生日快樂), “My Way” (我係奮青), “HK Stories” (香港故事) and “830 Magazine”, had been edited in the short videos. 2. 9 November TV Division will cover the “Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China Honours and Awards Presentation Ceremony” (二零一九年度勳銜頒授典禮). 3. 9 November “Joni Mitchell - Joni 75: A Birthday Celebration” (Joni Mitchell 75 歲壽辰音樂會) (one episode x 125 minutes) featured an array of singers and musicians performing songs from all stages of Mitchell’s life and career to honour Joni Mitchell on her 75th birthday. 4. 9, 10 November “Asian Youth Single Dance Championship Hong Kong 2019” (亞洲青年體育舞蹈專項錦標賽香港 2019) will be broadcast on TV32. 5. 11 November “Massive Engineering Mistakes” (點解工程出咗事) (ten episodes x 60 minutes) uncovered what went wrong with each building blunder and revealed how engineers fixed those mistakes. 6. 11 November “District Councils Election Forum 2019” (區議會選舉論壇 2019) (ten episodes x 60 minutes) introduced candidates in different districts. 7. 16 November “Yanni – 25th Anniversary of the Acropolis Concert” (Yanni 雅典衛城音樂會) (one episode x 155 minutes) featured the live concert at the Acropolis by the Greek keyboardist, composer and producer Yanni. 8. 19 November “The Dictator's Playbook” (獨裁者攻略) (six episodes x 60 minutes) investigated the elements which drove the dictators’ thirst for domination and control, the means of seizing and wielding power, the reasons for rising up against them or resisted them in secret and how they finally came to the end. 9. 24 November “District Councils Election Special 2019” (區議會選舉直擊 2019) reported the updated result and situation of District Councils Election on TV32. 10. 30 November “Hong Kong Stories - Here and Now” (香港故事-此時此地) (ten episodes x 30 minutes) will capture stories of different people.

3 No. Date Items 11. 7 December “Le Concert de Paris 2018” (2018 巴黎音樂會) (one episode x 110 minutes) featured the performance of the Orchestre National de France and the Radio France Chorus, with some of the world’s greatest soloists, including Aida Garifullina, Joyce DiDonato, Philippe Jaroussky, Matthias Goerne, Patricia Petibon, Katia Buniatishvili and Renaud Capuçon. 12. 12 December “Welcome to My Strange City” (出奇之旅) (six episodes x 60 minutes) will follow the travel reporter, Alexandra Alevêque, to meet those living in the most extreme cities of the world, including Yakutsk, Siberia La Paz in Bolivia 13. 14 December “CS Outstanding Award 2019” (傑出部門群英會 2019) (two episodes x 60 minutes) featured the outstanding services of different government departments. 14. 14 December Hong Kong Enharmonica Charity Concert (觸感•色彩共融慈善音樂會) (one episode x 125 minutes) will provide platform for the disabled people to demonstrate their talent. Performers will include Jacky Cheung, Felix Klieser, Thai Blind Symphony Orchestra and Hong Kong Enharmonica. 15. 15 December “Young Film Makers IV” (影動青春 IV) (ten episodes x 60 minutes) will invite Hong Kong Baptist University, The Open University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Design Institute, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild to showcase their works and discuss their production. 16. 21 December “Wu Guanzhong Art Education TV Series” (走進吳冠中的江南) (six episodes x 30 minutes) will feature the artworks of Wu Guanzhong and the impact of his hometown Jiangnan on his artworks. 17. 21 December “Helene Fischer: Christmas – Live from the Hofburg Vienna” (Helene Fischer 聖誕樂滿維也納) (one episode x 65 minutes) will perform the most popular English Christmas carols and classics with the renowned Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in a Christmas show at Vienna's Hofburg. 18. 24 December “College Christmas Concert - Messiah Encore!” (聖誕校園音樂會—彌賽亞安歌!) (one episode x 90 minutes) will be a live Christmas Concert to be held at Wah Yan College, Kowloon on Christmas Eve. 19. 25 December “Opus Clara – A Celebration Recital of the Other Schumann” (女性的篇章─克拉拉・舒曼音樂會) (one episode x 90 minutes) Clara Schumann, one of the leading pianists of her day, was once on the uneasy path of being a female composer in the 19th century. In the month of the 200th anniversary of Clara’s birth, renowned pianist Mary WU designed a chamber music programme focusing on Clara and performed at RTHK Studio with violinist James Cuddeford and cellist Richard Bamping.

4 No. Date Items 20. 26 December “Yearender 2019: Hong Kong Political Affairs” (2019 香港政情大事回顧) (one episode x 30 minutes) will review the important events in Hong Kong in 2019. 21. 31 December “Cuba, The Revolution And The World” (卡斯特羅與古巴革命) (two episodes x 60 minutes) featured the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution in 2019, with views from the Cubans, the Russians, the Americans and the rest.

C. New Media

No. Date Items 1. 1 November - The special webpage of “The 42nd Top Ten Chinese Gold Song Awards” (第四十二屆十大中文金曲) was launched and kick-started with the online polling of the awards from 2 to 10 November. 2. 7 November - The special webpage of “Operation Santa Claus 2019” (愛心聖誕大行動 2019) was online and provided updated information of this annual fund raising event and details of the beneficiaries. 3. 8 November - The special webpage of “RTHK Programme Advisory Panel Meeting 2019” (香港電台節目顧問團會議 2019) held on 9 November was launched. The video archive was posted online on 25 November and the meeting minutes will be uploaded once ready. 4. 6 December - The special webpage of “College Christmas Concert–Messiah Encore” (聖誕校園音樂會-彌賽亞安歌) will be online and provide detailed information about the Concert and the performers. 5. 13 December The online polling of “Sound File 2019” (2019聲音檔案選舉) will be launched from 13 to 29 December.
