CBC is situated on the sands of Carbon Beach, overlooking the waves and wildlife of the Pacific Ocean. Its nestled position constructs an enchanting hideaway along the coast of Malibu in which you enter and feel as though you left the confines of reality.
Designed by Waldo Fernandez with calming blue- gray tones, white oak, and teak floors.
Executive Chef Cody Dickey draws inspiration from the Pacific and Mediterranean coasts, utilizing only the freshest ingredients, locally-sourced from One Gun Ranch and resident farmers’ markets.
CBC’s award-winning barman mixes his renowned spirits with small batch provisions, and the onsite sommelier hand selects an exceptional list from around the world.
Guests are invited to dine on the oceanfront terrace suspended directly over the Pacific Ocean or fireside in the dining room.
