This world-renowned restaurant was Nobu’s first foray into the region bringing celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s redefined Japanese cuisine to Dubai. Seafire Steakhouse A modern steakhouse and bar boasting an exceptional butchery, open theatrical kitchen and a walk-in wine cellar with more than 4,000 bottles. Only a few restaurants in the Middle East can boast their own cattle reared for their diners and Seafire is one of them with our own brand of “Certified Atlantis” cattle from Australia. The highlight of the menu is the Master Kobe Tenderloin, an exquisite cut of beef, as well as the most popular choice – the 250g fillet steak with 18,000 portions served each year.
