Hallgrímskirkja Friends of the Arts Society 36th season THE INTERNATIONAL ORGAN SUMMER IN HALLGRÍMSKIRKJA 2018 June 16 – August 29 Lunchtime concerts Wednesdays at 12 noon Weekend concerts Saturdays at 12 noon and Sundays at 5 PM Lunchtime concerts June 20 - August 29 Thursdays at 12 noon Schola cantorum 21st June Baldvin Oddsson trumpet and Steinar Logi Helgason organist of Schola cantorum is the Hallgrímskirkja multiple Háteigskirkja, Reykjavík prize-winning chamber choir, founded in 1996 th by its conductor Hörður Áskelsson. Schola 28 June Elísabet Þórðardóttir, organist at cantorum was awarded the “Performer of the Kálfatjarnarkirkja, Hafnarfjörður Year 2016” by the Icelandic Music Award in 5th July Kitty Kovács, organist of March 2017.
