For the four seasons, Vivaldi included four sonnets, apparently written by himself; these rarely recorded sonnets are heard on this CD in the original Italian.

Jean SIBELIUS The Essential Orchestral Favourites with Photo Album Pekka Kuusisto, Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Leif Segerstam ODE 1265-2D This new compilation is an updated version of ODE 1037-2 released in 2003, expanded to include the Violin Concerto and the 2nd Symphony. The Andante festivo, from 1939 is the only recording of Sibelius conducting his own music. Wolfgang Amadeus MOZART Piano Works: Neglected Treasures Anastasia Injushina ODE 1250-2 This disc is the second collaboration of Ondine and award-winning pianist Anastasia Injushina. During the 1780s Mozart £9.00 became deeply interested in Baroque music that subsequently inspired some of Mozart’s works heard on this disc.
