The Residences at A Luxury Cayman Villas Tranquility Property The Residences at Tranquility Cove is being developed as an exclusive beachfront enclave of luxury residential properties that will be managed by Luxury Cayman Villas. Owners at Pease Resort will have the opportunity to put their property in an optional rental program. HISTORY The property is located in the area of Bodden Town. The former capital of the Cayman Islands, the community is situated on a natural harbor and a coral . The first settlement was named after a government leader, William Bodden. Once a hide-away for pirates, this village is known for its remains of a 6 kilometer/4 mile long wall and cannon.
