Novel Telemedicine Apple iPhone or iPad Settings

Novel Telemedicine on Apple devices works only with Safari web browser. Before you start your telemedicine session please check your device and Safari web browser settings.

1. First, make sure your Apple iPhone or iPad are up-to-date

2. Locate the iPhone/iPad’s “Settings” icon an tap/click on it

3. Scroll down and locate “General” and tap/click on it

4. Tap “Software Update”

5. Safari Web Browser Settings

6. Tap/click on the “Settings” icon and locate the “Safari” web browser icon and tap/click on it

7. Locate the “SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES” section for the “Safari” web browser

8. Click on “Microphone” in the Safari settings and tap/click to select “Allow”

9. Click on “Camera” in the Safari settings and tap/click to select “Allow”

10. To start your Novel Telemedicine session please to tap/click on the link texted to you

11. The Novel Telemedicine will check your web browser compatibility. If your default web browser is not Safari web browser. the following warning message may be displayed.

12. Copy the link as shown above

13. Open the Safari web browser. Paste the link as shown in step #2, shown above 14. Once the link activated in your Safari web browser you will be able to start your telemedicine session

15. Before you start your Novel Telemedicine session, the Safari web browser may prompt you to allow Novel to access your “Camera” and “Microphone”. Tap/Click on “Allow” 16. Tap/click on the “Start” button to enter the virtual waiting room

17. Tap/click on “Ok I’m Ready” to start your Novel Telemedicine session
