Our usability test compares a new option for browsing the web called Opera with the more familiar browsers Internet Explorer (IE) and Netscape. Opera has recently become available in Michigan Technological University’s Center for Computer-Assisted Language Instruction (CCLI); our intentions were to invite CCLI users to take the test and record the data straight from the actual environment. We found seven participants.
