As what you’ve come to expect from a chicken teriyaki, it comes coated with a sweet and savory sauce over a crisp pan fried chicken. Paired a piece of chicken with our fresh salad and sit back to enjoy the textures and crunch. Sweet and fresh!

Gyu Don $10 Fatty, tender and rich in flavor, our gyudon is stir fried with onions til caramelized, infusing a taste of natural sweetness into the beef. Served with a side of tofu and snow peas, we impart additional textures, balance between the fatty tender meat and some soft crunch.

Pork Katsu Don $10 Crisp, juicy and fatty, indulge yourself with sin from our melt-in-the-mouth katsu don. Using cuts of meat with fat, coated with breadcrumbs and deep fried til golden brown, watch our katsu melt in your mouth.

Salmon Teriyaki Don $10 Juicy and sweet, but in fish form! When you feel like taking a break from all the chicken, indulge yourself with small luxuries such as a fatty salmon coated in teriyaki sauce. Cooked to perfection to be moist and fatty, we stick to basics and do them well.

Covering a bed of rice, the unagi juices seeps into our fluffy Japanese rice, heightening the flavors already present in Japanese rice.
