IMPORTANT NOTES The voucher here attached is valid for a Full Day Free Circulation Pass on Thursday July 12th 2012, for 1 person, Lake Maggiore, on Route #5 connecting Stresa, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Isola Madre, Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Baveno.

WHERE/WHEN TO CONVERT THE VOUCHER This voucher MUST be converted into your Full Day Free Circulation Pass on Monday 9th, Tuesday 10th or Wednesday 11th at the Navigazione Lake Maggiore ticket office, Piazza Guglielmo Marconi 12, Stresa - during the ticket office opening hours 8.30 am - 7.00 pm.

ITINERARIES In order for you to enjoy the best sights Lake Maggiore has to offer, we designed 5 different itineraries, morning only or full day trip, giving you the best opportunity to select the one which suites you most. Please find on the back of this information page the itineraries with departure and arrival times.

FAREWELL COCKTAIL Each itinerary is arranged to allow you to stop in Baveno approximately from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm in order NOT to miss the Farewell Cocktail at the GRAND HOTEL DINO****, lakefront garden, where you will be able to enjoy one of the best sights in Italy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 Navigazione Laghi is a public ferry boat service.  The suggested itineraries you find on the back of this leaflet are based on the NAVIGAZIONE LAGHI Official Timetable.  The Free Circulation Full Day Pass allows the passengers to travel unlimited times on all the Ferry Boat service line ROUTE # 5, connecting Stresa, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Isola Madre, Isola Bella, Isola dei Pescatori and Baveno.  The seats available depend on the boat capacity. The admittance onboard is at the Captain’s discretion, the Captain being the person responsible for all the passengers’ safety. Admittance onboard does not guarantee a seat.  In order to be allowed to travel on Fast Service trips - identified on the Official Timetable with the indication “AL” – an additional Fast Service Fare is required, available for purchasing at the ticket offices.  The passengers transportation is ruled by The General Conditions of Transportation in force, available at the ticket offices of Navigazione Lake Maggiore.  The type of vessels indicated for the service (Motor Ship Italia, Motor Ship Alpino and Motor Ship Antares) it is purely indicative. Navigazione Lake Maggiore reserves the right to replace the type of vessel with another vessel of equal or higher class in case of force majeure.  The attached Voucher covering Lake Maggiore transport services MUST be converted into the Free Circulation Full Day Pass at the Navigazione Lake Maggiore ticket office located in Piazza Guglielmo Marconi 12, Stresa. In order to speed up the process, avoiding long periods of standby, so not to interfere with the daily activities of the ticket office public service, it is strongly recommended to convert the voucher well in advance: Monday 9th July, Tuesday 10th July or Wednesday 11th July (Opening hours 8.30 am/7.00 pm).  All the participants are kindly requested to arrive at the pier of departure well in advance. In consideration of the high number of travelers on that day - Thursday 12th 2012 - it may be difficult to guarantee the boarding on the same boat for too large a group of people and for this reason Navigazione Laghi invite you to consider all the different itineraries, favoring the ones served by the largest vessels.
