We offer the possibility of buying the entrance tickets for the Borromean Islands without any supplement whatsoever. Variations of the excursion: It is possible to plan a custom-made itinerary, by abbreviating the length of each visit, or to anticipate or postpone the return time or to conclude the boat tour in Stresa. Booking entrance tickets to the Borromean Islands or guided visits in the palaces. Possibility of varying the timetable, both for departure and return and of combining an aperitif on board our boats during the cruise. Also guided tours can be arranged.

Description of the Itinerary

Itinerary: Isola Bella (2 hrs) - Itinerary for groups or individuals. Departing from Stresa or Baveno or any other resort on the Borromeo Bay, by boat to the magnificent Isola Bella, the most lavish of the three Borromean Islands. Possibility of visiting the princely Borromeo Palace and its grandiose baroque Italian Gardens built on ten terraces. (Allow 2 hrs. for the visit). The entrance fee for groups of over 18 persons is: €12.00 per person, whilst for individuals the entrance fee is €15,00.

Itinerary for Stresa, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori, (Fishermens' Island) (5 hrs) -Itinerary for groups or individuals. Departing from Stresa, Baveno or any other resort on the Borromeo Bay. By boat to Isola Bella, the most magnificent of the three Borromean Islands and to Isola dei Pescatori, where you can visit the old fishermens' village and choose to have lunch or dinner at one of the typical restaurants, and enjoy tasting the local products. The cost of the entrance fee to Isola Bella Palace and Gardens for groups of over 18 persons is €12,00 per person, whilst for individual visitors the cost is €15,00 per person.

Itinerary the three Borromean Islands: Isola Madre, Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori (5 hrs) First stop on Isola Madre, the largest of the islands, on which you can visit the 16th century Palace and English-style Botanical Gardens. (Allow approx. 1 hr.45 mins for the visit) Rejoining our boat, and stopping next on Isola dei Pescatori (Fishermens' Island), for free time and lunch. (We can suggest, if you wish, some excellent local restaurants with a rich and varied menù). After lunch, by boat then to Isola Bella, to visit the Borromeo Palace and beautiful Italian style Gardens laid out on ten terraces. (Allow approx. 1 hr 45 mins - 2 hrs. for the visit). Rejoining our boat we finally return to Stresa and time to admire the fine historical hotels along the lakefront and the town centre.
