This 16-week class is for anyone who has had a fall or is at risk of having a fall. Steady Steps aims to help improve balance, strength and confidence and is CLUB led by our specialist health instructor. Thu 17 Oct: Doune Hill from Luss. The Luss Hills are a compact range of 15km/9miles grassy hills lying between Loch Lomond and Loch Long and because Doune Hill is the furthest away three other summits may be conquered! EARLY START 8.30AM

Sat 26 Oct: Athelstaneford (East ). A historic walk between Haddington 10km/ 6.5miles and East Linton alongside the Garleton Hills.

Wed 6 Nov: Scone circular. Explore this attractive area made famous by 10km/6.5miles Macbeth with easy walking along tracks and through woodlands.

Thu 14 Nov: Selkirk walks. Two walks around lochs and the environs of Selkirk. 11km/ 7miles There will be a refreshment stop halfway in Selkirk.

Sat 23 Nov: Limekilns and Lands of Elgin. Two conservation villages and 7km/4.5miles a grand country estate makes an attractive stroll in this part of Fife.
