Ingredients: • 1 1/2 oz Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 1 tsp brown sugar • 6 oz hot coffee • Dash of heavy cream • Top off with whip cream Directions: • Serve hot • Makes 1 mug

1 Texas Spiked Sweet Tea

For a Hard Day’s Work You’ve got a hard day’s work ahead and the sun’s really beatin’ down. So how ‘bout grabbing an easy drink that you can just reach into the fridge and top off with some good ole Rebecca to make? The Texas Spiked Sweet Tea is exactly what it sounds like. Of course to top off the perfect mixture of black tea and our fine Texas whiskey we recommend grabbing a few fruits from God’s green earth to toss in. So load up that glass, gulp it down, and get to work.

Ingredients: • 1 cup Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 3 cups water • 1/2 cup sugar • 2 or 3 black tea bags • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges • 1 lime, sliced into wedges • 1/2 orange, sliced into wedges Directions: • Serve over ice • Lemon wheels for garnish • Makes 4 to 6 glasses

2 Peach Smash

For a Texas-Sized Picnic This next drink we made for those good times with friends and family out in the park or by the creek for a Texas-sized picnic. This lil’ cocktail is perfect for keepin’ you sweet with a smile on your face and a buzz in your head, even when the ants (or aunts) swarm into your picnic or family reunion. And for an extra treat, we recommend reaching for a few famous Fredericksburg peaches to garnish up that beverage.

Ingredients: • 45 ml Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 4 mint leaves • 1/4 lemon–sliced • 1 medium peach • 15 ml water • 15 ml simple Directions: • Shake with ice • Serve over ice • Makes 1

3 Tejas Toddy

For When You’re Under the Weather Hey, it happens to all of us. Head to bed feeling as fresh as a newly bloomed Texas bluebonnet, wake up feelin’ like Hwy 35 roadkill. We brewed up a nice lil’ mixture that’s sure to dill your pickle and get you up and runnin’ again. The Tejas Toddy adds in a special kick to the famous hot toddy, wanna take a guess at the special ingredient (other than Rebecca Creek)? That’s right, we threw in a bit of Sriracha to get your immune system going. So get on out of bed and get your glass filled. Think you’re up for it?

Ingredients: • 1 cup Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 3 in fresh ginger root pieces • 4 tbsp honey • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice • 3 lemon slices • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce Directions: • Whisk honey, sriracha, lemon juice • Simmer whiskey, water, ginger 10 minutes • Mix all ingredients, simmer 10 minutes • Serve hot • Makes 2

For the Fancy Fellas Everybody’s got those days where you wanna dress up and dabble in something fancy for an evening. Good thing we crafted up the perfect cocktail for just that occasion. The Bless Yer’ Heart Julep takes the southern gentleman’s classic, the , and throws in a little taste of Texas. Pour up one for yourself and your date, and you’ll be feelin’ fancy in no time.

Ingredients: • 2 oz Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 1 tbsp simple syrup • 6 mint leaves • Crushed ice Directions: • Muddle mint and syrup • Add whiskey, stir gently • Serve over crushed ice • Makes 1

For a Quick Fix Juice, fruit, and of course, Texas whiskey. That’s all you need for this guaranteed good time of a drink. The Boot-Scootin’ Sour is your quick fix for when you’re in a rush and need a taste of Rebecca, here and now. So throw it all together, add a bit of ice, and kick back to enjoy. It’s as easy as that and still sure to please.

Ingredients: • 1 1/2 cups Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 4 cups orange juice • 1 cup fresh lemon juice • 1 cup triple sec Directions: • Orange slices and cherry garnish • Serve over ice • Makes 4

For the Lil’ Rascal in You We’ve all got those days when you need a kick-back, no worry, good time. So we made sure to craft up the perfect recipe for the lil’ kid in ya. This frozen slush treat offers up a bit of childhood memories, with a whole lotta whiskey goodness – in our opinion that’s a can’t-beat combo. And we’re pretty sure you’ll agree.

Ingredients: • 6 oz Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 1 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate • 1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate Directions: • Mix all contents in a bowl • Cover and freeze overnight • Serve cold • Makes 3 to 4 servings

Keep this little number handy when you’re needing a cocktail that really packs a punch.

Ingredients: • 3 oz Rebecca Creek Whiskey • 1 oz dark rum • 1 oz port • 2 dashes Angostura Directions: • Shake over ice, strain into glass • Makes 1
