Manu Manzo is a singer - songwriter born in Caracas, and raised in the city of Miami. She began to study singing, dancing and acting at an early age. She grew up listening to and Latin music, including artists from her native Venezuela. Having lived in Mexico and also opened her ears to different sounds that would later become great influences in her music. Artists like Etta James, Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Sarah Vaughan, Celia Cruz, , Notorious B.I.G and molded Manu and inspired the soul in her art.

Since moving to the United States at the age of 11, she sang in several musical groups in Miami and studied theater and acting. She studied at the in Boston for two years, where she discovered new sounds like Neo Soul.

She was nominated for a Latin Grammy® in 2015 as "Best New Artist" for her first independent EP "Como Soy". She then released a second EP entitled "Intermediate" in 2018 with her publisher Peer Music.

In 2019, under the In-Tu Línea- label, she released her singles "Caminando" and "Sucia Boca" and her most recent project entitled "Después de las12" an EP in which she was executive producer & where she combines all the sounds she has loved and lived, latin, urban, electronic and modern sounds with a smooth flow of letters about stories of her life. The videos for her first two singles “Te quiero Ver” along with Colombian reggaeton player Feid and “X La Ventana” are now available on YouTube / Vevo.

In February 2020 will participate in the Viña del Mar Festival representing her country, Venezuela and will begin planning her tour for the second half of the year.
