DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

DIRECTIONS Muddle lime and cucumber. Shake with ice, lime juice, simple syrup, and Rémy V. Strain and serve in a cocktail glass.

DIRECTIONS Dip cocktail glass rim in sugar. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain. Garnish with slice of lemon or a lemon twist.

DIRECTIONS Muddle grapes in tall glass. Fill glass with ice and add all ingredients except for sparkling wine. Stir. Top with sparkling wine.

DIRECTIONS Combine ingredients in mixing glass over ice and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

15 BLANC MOVITO INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz. Simple Syrup 5 Green Grapes, halved 8 - 10 Mint Leaves Ginger Ale or Champagne

DIRECTIONS Combine Rémy V, lime juice and syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into ice filled glass. Add ginger ale or champagne, grapes and mint garnish. V CRANBERRY

INGREDIENTS 1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie 3oz. Cranberry Juice ¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

DIRECTIONS Pour ingredients into an ice-filled and stir. Top with a dash of nutmeg. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

18 ENER-V INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice 1 oz. Coconut Water 1 tsp. Agave Nectar Tonic Water 1 Dash Bitters

DIRECTIONS Combine V, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, agave nectar and coconut water in an ice- filled shaker. Shake and strain. Add tonic water and a dash of bitters. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS 1½ oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie ¾ oz Simple Syrup ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 4 oz. Piper-Heidsieck Brut NV

DIRECTIONS Combine V, lemon juice and syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Add Piper-Heidsieck Brut NV. Garnish with a lemon twist.

INGREDIENTS 2 oz. Rémy Martin V eau-de-vie Lime Wedge 1 oz. Simple Syrup ½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice ½ cup Fresh Strawberries 4-5 Mint Leaves Club Soda

DIRECTIONS Cut strawberries in half and muddle with mint leaves and lime wedge. Add Rémy V, simple syrup, lime juice. Top with club soda.

DIRECTIONS Cut peaches into small pieces. Muddle peaches and ginger. Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and fine-strain.

DIRECTIONS Add tonic to Rémy V in highball glass. Serve over ice. Garnish with lime wedges.
