The relevance of the thesis. Foundation of Turk in Eurasia is a key moment in the history of the Turkic world. Turkic period is a crucial step in the consolidation and development of the ethnic history of the . Turk Empire united many nomadic Turkic tribes and peoples of Central Asia and the sedentary population of Middle Asia, thus forming an empire with which even the Hun Empire could not be compared. In a very short span of time Turk Empire commission to the global system of diplomatic and economic relations with the early medieval as Byzantium, Sassanid and China. The key issue and an important engine of world politics at the time were monitoring the Silk Road, much of which was influenced by Turkic khanate. The nature of the relationship Turk Empire with China affected the economic, cultural , political, and military spheres of life of both countries. The relationship of Khanate with Byzantine Empire and the Sassanid Iran had both political and military significance. Civilization created by the Great Turk Empire embraced many peoples: Kipchak, Kimak, Uighur, Pecheneg, Oguz, Karluk, Kyrgyz, Turgish, , Bulgarians and others, and saved it after the break of Khanate. The object of dissertation research is the history of Turkic khanate and highlights foreign policy. The subject of the dissertation research are the main stages of formation and development of the Turk Empire and its relationship with early medieval empires as Byzantium, Iran and China. The chronological scope of the study covers the year from 552 to 603. However, to fully implement the main objectives of the study the upper and lower chronological framework can be correspondingly extended. The purpose and objectives of the dissertation research. The main objective of the study are on the basis of narrative, archaeological, linguistic sources to determine the history of the Turkic Khanate foundation and basic directions of foreign policy. To achieve this goal we have the following tasks - With the help of a comprehensive study of the sources and literature to identify the main factors which led to the formation of statehood among the Turks. - To determine the prerequisites for the formation of the Turkic Khanate. - To determine the motives of economic, political and cultural relations between Turk Empire and China. - Comprehensively explore the history of dynastic alliances. - Rate of Turkic-Sogdian relationship based on data from recent archaeological discoveries and written sources. - The reasons , the main stages of relationships Kaganate with Byzantium. Theoretical and methodological framework. The study used scientific methods of research as an integrated approach, interdisciplinary approach .Were also involved historical comparative and historical-genetic method. The novelty of the study. In domestic and foreign historiography history of the First Turk Empire and its relations with Byzantium, Iran and China are always researched in conjunction with the history of following Turkic states. The novelty of this work lies in the fact that the object of the research is the history and the main directions of foreign policy, namely, of the First Turkic khanate. This thesis highlights the little-studied foreign policy of Khanate as dynastic alliances between the ruling dynasties of China and Ashina. In the research were reflected the findings and conclusions of foreign researchers on the subject published in foreign languages. The practical significance of the study. The findings and conclusions of research can be used in the basic and elective courses on early medieval and in the history departments of higher educational institutions, in textbooks and research papers on the history of the Kazakhstan. Approbation of the research results. Summary and conclusions are reflected in the 9 articles that were published in national and international scientific journals, including 3 publications recommended by the Committee for Control of Education and Science of RK, 5 paper in proceedings of international conferences, 1 paper published in the journal of Scopus database. Dissertation consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusion and bibliography.
