MEET YOURSELF AT MINUTE MAID PARK TOUR AND 2021 SEASON TICKETS SALES PRESENTATION: Minute Maid Park is a unique Houston location where your family, friends, or clients can share a memorable baseball experience. Enjoy a chance to get back into the ballpark for a 2021 season ticket sales presentation followed by an opportunity to see and photograph your previously purchased Fan Cutout. INCLUDES: • Astros Ticket Representative • Visit and Photos with Your Fan Cutout* • 2021 Season Tickets Sales Presentation in Minute Maid Park *Locations subject to availability due to weather, field maintenance, event usage, and/or ballpark renovation. Fan Cutout sold separately. GUIDELINES RULES, AND RESTRICTIONS: • All MEET YOURSELF AT MINUTE MAID PARK TOUR AND 2021 SEASON TICKETS SALES PRESENTATIONS must be secured with the Tour Department at least two (2) days prior to the event date. • The MEET YOURSELF AT MINUTE MAID PARK TOUR AND 2021 SEASON TICKETS SALES PRESENTATION is hosted by an Astros ticket representative and features a 2021 season ticket sales presentation followed by an opportunity to see and photograph your previously purchased Fan Cutout. This presentation and tour lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. • All guests will meet the ticket representative fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the tour at the First Base/Media Entrance located in the Diamond Lot near the corner of Preston and Hamilton Streets. Once all guests for the tour have arrived and checked in with the ticket representative, they will conduct a health screening and enter the ballpark for the tour. • Parking may be found in the Astros Diamond Lots or Lot A on a first-come, first-served basis, as availability allows. For directions to Minute Maid Park please visit https://www.mlb.com/astros/ballpark/information/directions/. • All guests, including children must complete a health screening prior to entry and will be required to wear a face mask while inside the building. Face masks may be temporarily removed while taking photographs with your cutout. • All guests, including adults must stay with the ticket representative at all times. Your ticket representative will coordinate an escort for any guests who need to leave the tour early. • A ratio of two (2) adults to eight (8) children is required at all times. • With the exception of ADA service animals, animals may not accompany the tour. • Please keep in mind the ballpark tour is an outdoor, walking activity. Remind your guests to dress in weather-appropriate clothing and to wear comfortable shoes. • All routes are ADA accessible; however, please notify the Tour Department in advance of any guests requiring special assistance so that appropriate accommodations can be made. • All guests must wear soft-soled shoes to participate in the ballpark tour. No cleats are permitted. • With the exception of bottled water, outside food or beverage is not permitted inside the ballpark. PLEASE BRING BOTTLED WATER AS NO WATER IS AVAILABLE IN THE PARK AT THIS TIME.

• Visitors are welcome to bring video and still cameras into the ballpark; however, tripods and monopods are not allowed. Camera lenses cannot exceed 8 inches. Videography is permitted for segments of the tour and not the tour in its entirety. • All bags, purses, and containers may be searched by security prior to entry. The NO BACKPACK POLICY is in effect. • MEET YOURSELF AT MINUTE MAID PARK TOUR AND 2021 SEASON TICKETS SALES PRESENTATIONS are not available during home stands or on weekends. PAYMENT POLICY: • Payment for a MEET YOURSELF AT MINUTE MAID PARK TOUR AND 2021 SEASON TICKETS SALES PRESENTATION is due in full by the time the tour starts. If paying by credit card, the card will be processed the business day before the tour date. • Patron may cancel the tour by providing written notice at least ten (10) business days prior to the event date; no refunds will be given for cancellations received within fewer than ten (10) business days of scheduled tour date. • If paying by check, please make check payable to Houston Astros Tour Department.
