With over a decade’s experience in running successful businesses, Shaka has a sharp business acumen that’s backed by a deep sense of design. She is a team player and a leader, armed with incredible interpersonal skills that ensure everyone is always taken care of at her company. Her edge in contemporary design aesthetics greatly helps her manage the designing and manufacturing of every SHAKA handbag. Nothing that goes from their stable is anything short of international standards, thanks to Shaka Bhat’s immense dedication to quality. Shaka Bhat had solid support in her co-founders and sisters Sipika and Seema. Sipika Bhat brings exuberance and her skills with operations management, content writing and social media management to brand SHAKA. Seema Bhat supports Shaka with her experience in the corporate world in India and Canada and helps Shaka to strike a balance between the aesthetics and usability of the products. Rajat Asawa, armed with his rich experience in handling brands and logistics, helps the brand with overall business decision making and strategic tie ups with various parties necessary to build the brand.
