will no longer be conducted via the accounts 7010 and 67010, but instead via the accounts of the dwpbank AG 4003 and 64003.

Change of the settlement accounts Transfers for securities in Collective Safe Custody (CASCADE) and Non Collective Safe Custody (CREATION) with a value date from 4 October 2010, and afterward to be credited and debited to the institutions cited above, must only be entered against the 4003 and 64003 accounts respectively. Previous transactions will continue to be settled via the 7010 and 67010 accounts respectively.

Contract note transactions (stock market transactions and inter-exchange securities transfers) in securities in Collective Safe Custody (CASCADE) and Non Collective Safe Custody (CREATION) with the institutions cited above as contracting parties must only be placed against the 1030, 2001, 3086, 3386, 4003, 6113, 7050 and 8042 accounts starting from trading day of 4 October 2010. These transactions will be cleared and settled via the dwpbank 4003 or 64003 account via the third-place (Reg-über) process. Previous transactions will continue to be settled via the 7010 and 67010 accounts respectively.
