The white polyester and cotton used for these is of a quality which delivers excellent wear and easy cleaning. The bestselling in our range is surplice style no. 4 and 4B, and Women’s style no. W4 and W4B. This style range provides a medium gathered design and is worn knee length.

Cloak style 463, and Women’s style W463 is our most popular cloak. Style 463 features a deep collar and two concealed pockets, arm slits can be added if preferred at no extra cost. It can be fastened at the neck with a button and also at chest level with a chain and clasp. This style cloak is also available with a detachable style 463H and W463H.

The latest addition to our ladies range of clerical clothing is ‘The Oxford’.

‘The Oxford’ is an A-line dress available in sizes 10 - 28. The dress incorporates darts at the back to give a complimentary fitted shape. It has concealed pockets, a tunnel neck collar and fastens at the back with a concealed zip, featuring three quarter length sleeves.

Available in a polyester viscose fabric for everyday wear and polyester wool for those more formal occasions. The dress is offered in a full range of colours, see our website for the latest full colour range.

A white deacon stole will be required for your ordination as a deacon. This is worn diagonally over the left shoulder and fastened at the right hip.

J. Wippell & Co. offer two styles of preaching band for cassocks, ‘tuck in’ or ‘with strings’. The ‘tuckin’ is worn with a double breasted cassock and the string option with a single breasted cassock. All preaching bands are made from 100% cotton and available in two length options (5½” or 7½”) with a 3½” width.
