Pallas Foods has constructed, within the Enterprise Zone, a 33,000 m² warehousing facility on a site of 16 hectares. Alexion Pharma International is constructing a 15,000 sq. m. development comprising offices, laboratories and warehousing on a site in excess of 16 hectares. Alexion has recently announced the further development of a 20,000 sq. m. new biologics manufacturing facility at College Business Park in Blanchardstown.
