Guotai has inherited the traditional techniques of Baijiu brewing from some extremely distinguished masters. Senior Master Xu, one of China’s legendary Baijiu blending masters, brings more than 30 years of skill and experience to his role of putting authentic Baijiu into every bottle of Guotai. Our venerable distilling process is governed by a very modern quality control system. We apply three-grade IR fingerprint technology to ensure consistent production. We also use bio- molecular methods to determine the species and proportion of yeasts and micro-flora for ideal fermentation.
