Defective or unsellable conditions include: vaporization or leaking occurred with sealed caps, damaged bottle or packaging box, severely wrinkled or missing labels.

If you noticed onsite that any products arrived in defective conditions while receiving the delivery, please reject defective products and only sign for products being received in good condition. Delivery driver will take back defective products and redeliver replacement products at the earliest possible time.

If you noticed any products received in defective conditions after the delivery was made, please take photos of the defective product and contact your sales rep or CNS office within 3 business days of receiving the delivery, we will set up an investigation to evaluate if replacement is required. If replacement is identified as needed, we will arrange pick up of unsellable product and redeliver products in good condition.

If you choose self pick-up or arrange delivery through a third party carrier other than CNS Imports, please contact the carrier and file claims for damaged products. For all other unsellable conditions identified, please take photos of the unsellable product and contact your sales rep or CNS office within 3 business days of receiving the delivery, we will set up an investigation to evaluate if replacement is required.

IMPORTANT: Unless identified onsite while delivery driver is present, delivery driver will not take back defective products without prior notice and paperwork from CNS office.

Credit Terms and Late Payment Charges:

In accordance with California Credit Law Section 25509, any account with a balance outstanding after 30 days must be placed on a COD basis. A late charge of 1 percent of the unpaid balance will be added on the 43rd day from date of delivery and an additional 1 percent for each 30 days thereafter.

RETURNED CHECKS: $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Accepted Method of Payment: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money order, and Corporate Check.

Minimum Delivery:

$350.00 or 12 bottles Mix/Match for Spirits 24 bottles or 2 Cases for Wines 10 Cases for Beers

Delivery Charges:

$5.00 per invoice
