EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

2020: Facebook, Director of People Technology & Transformation

Iconic social media and internet company generating ~$80Bn annual revenue. Global lead executive for the digital transformation of employee experience and divisional lead for HR Technology. Neil led a growing team of ~60, a technology portfolio >$100m and partnered with an engineering team of over 300. The primary objective was the transformation to a digital-first, self-service model for all 55k+ employees and 150k+ contingent staff. In addition, Neil’s division was responsible for the mid-to-long term technology-enabled strategy for Facebook’s People organization.

Scope of services includes solution and service delivery, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, content development services, technology operations and release management.

• Strategy and execution of a digital-first employee experience for Facebook, which delivered more than 40% full automation, reduced average time to resolve and increased customer satisfaction over 10% • Delivered fully automated solutions for Remote Working and Return-to-Office in response to COVID-19 • Established the experience analytics group for Facebook for employee experience, to tie digital investment to impact realized and manage operations in real-time • Introduced newer technology and platform enabled capabilities such as workflow automation (BPA and RPA), machine-learning and customer self-service • Business owner for the People Products at Facebook, supporting 55k employees and developed for the new Digital Employee Experience Platform (DEEP)

2019-2020: ServiceNow, Executive Director

~$4.5Bn market leading computer software, enterprise workflow and platforms company. Neil’s role was as an Executive Leader, supporting business and digital transformations for the top 25 transformative customers at C-Suite level. Neil also acted as the US West Coast Customer Outcomes Lead & Global Customer Outcomes Transformation Lead.

• C-Suite Executive Leader, supporting business transformation for the CEO’s personal customer base • Platform strategy leader, defining strategic platforms architecture and strategy for key NOW customers, including in regulated industries • Redefined customer experience for a significant technology products and platforms company, enabling them to support annual revenue growth of over 15%

2015-2019: PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Partner

Big-4, ~$43Bn revenue, global firm. Neil was a Digital Consulting and Delivery partner, focused on major scale technology and business transformations. Acted as Innovation and Product Lead for Enterprise Collaboration Solutions and Digital Experience Platforms and as a leader for Digital Ventures platform for distributed and franchise-based workforce models. Executive management of ~250 FTE. • Delivered customer and B2B experience models for companies such as a leading social media company, global retailer, global restaurant franchise, major US Airlines, global pharmaceutical and more • Delivered new ERP systems and processes to manage a portfolio spend of over $2Bn in under 12 months • Technology enablement for the 70% of the workforce who do not work out of an office: o Enabling 1.5m franchise workers to migrate from manual / paper-based processes to digital self- service support through their mobile phone for workflows such as shift-scheduling, onboarding and more. o Self-service employee support through the deployment of AI, workflows and conversational chatbots to a global retailer with more than 2m employees • Modernized Operations and Shared Services divisions to deliver the business capabilities to operate across all HR and contingent workforce functions • Definition of digital strategies for multiple leading companies, across industries from healthcare to high- tech, media and beyond • As portfolio partner in PwC Ventures; ideated and brought-to-market a set of products and platforms focused on collaboration and enabling workforce orchestration: • Workforce Orchestrator – personalized digital workflows and experiences • eCommunications – enabled modern collaboration and communications platforms (like Slack, Workplace, etc.) to meet eComms regulations

2013 – 2015: Ernst & Young, Technology Strategy Lead, Financial Services

Big-4 professional services firm, with ~$37Bn in revenue. Practice lead and executive for the technology strategy and advisory capabilities for Financial Services on the West Coast. Direct management of ~40 FTE, in a national practice of over 250.

• Founded West-Coast Financial Services Technology Consulting practice • Developed into significant business in under 2 years, with engagement at ~35 clients • Incepted and co-led FinTech group • Led the strategy and definition of the operating model for a new digital-first bank for a major, traditional US bank

2000 – 2013: Accenture, Managing Director, Technology Strategy Practice Lead

Leading professional services organization, with revenue of ~$44Bn. Neil was a Managing Director (partner) at Accenture where he led their Technology Consulting practice on the West Coast for Communications, Media and High-Tech clients. He directly led a team of over 50, with executive oversight for a practice of more than 150 FTE.
