Winter Herbs & Vinegars – Saturday, December 14 11:00am-12:30pm – FQ Cajun French conversations 1:00-2:00pm Speak and learn basic conversational Cajun French and help keep Master Gardener Usha Ramadhyani explains how to prepare beds and containers French alive and well in Louisiana. Free. PACC and which herbs are best to plant in winter. After the talk, join a park ranger in the demonstration kitchen for a hands-on workshop making your own herbal vinegar.
