The Effect of Prayers

When prayers arise for the deepest reasons of the soul, their energies are wonderful aids. Prayers are the lifeline for many in need. To pray means to acknowledge that there are powers available that are greater than one's own.

To pray also means to connect with the cosmic divine logic, this all- encompassing, irrefutable spiritual law and thereby to bring ourselves back into the divine plumb.

Prayer vibrations are like a link between the human thoughts seeking help and the highly developing forms of energy of other dimensions and spheres. One of these forms of energy is the cosmic stream of love, also called the Christ principle, which ows through the effect of as a stream of power into all of man.

Even if people do not always get help according to their wishes and ideas, they are comforted internally and through the angels, as electrical conductors, the divine energy ows to them as condence and courage.

May many people in the future grow to realize that prayer is also part of the law of polarity of taking and giving. I had already described the topic of polarity, as well as that everyone has a variety of consciousness. Which means nothing else that these diverse consciousnesses make up our properties.

The basic law of a harmonious life is not observed in the everyday life of many people.

For some, the ego is so strong that the mind's consciousness is always concerned with guring out how they can prot from all situations at the expense of others. The opposite pole is formed by people who consume themselves in giving and are barely able to accept anything. Both behaviors are one-sided and not in harmony with the spiritual law.

And whenever we turn only to one pole and disregard the other, we suffer until we grow into a higher understanding of polarity.

So correct prayer also contains the poles of taking and giving, thinking about yourself and others! It is important that we do not draw any limits in prayer, but also enclose all people, all areas of our planet, yes, beyond that, also the other worlds and dimensions.

I would like to point out how important your and our prayer vibrations will be in the coming time. The coming time is every new day. Every new day contributes to the energetic build-up, which in the new age, which has already started, leads to holistic polarity reversal.

Prayer has never had such an intense energetic effect since Jesus Christ left our planet as it does now. When the good will of the mind vibrates with the thoughts of prayer, it automatically joins with all consciousness of the spiritual will and many consciousness, also in the dimensions of the subconscious, open and are energetically charged. So there is development in this underdeveloped consciousness as well as in all soul consciousness.

When a person opens all consciousness of his heart, his mind, takes his time and sits down to consciously say a prayer, maybe even folds his hands over the heart - which is located in the middle of the breastbone - and does not cross ngers, which yes strengthens the prayer energies and speaks the words:

.. man prays for himself on the one hand and for the whole cosmos on the other. This means that the praying person does not exclude himself from the whole through prayer, but goes into the whole and connects more and more with all cosmic energies.

When we pray and offer ourselves holistically to , it is important that we keep our physical eyes open. Because when a man prays with his eyes closed, he goes into himself and entrusts himself to the divine only from his own being and essence.

The : Light and love, and peace to all people, all beings, all spheres and planets, should be prayed with arms outstretched and eyes open.

When Jesus Christ spoke to people while he was on Mother Earth, he often, almost always, spread his arms and his gaze rested in innity.

Try it. Say short prayers with your arms spread. It will give you a whole new feeling.

If we are troubled with worry, effort and need, we should close our eyes when we pray. Immerse yourself in the being you are. Sink the consciousness of your mind, the awareness of your suffering, and beg God Almighty to ow through you with his creative power, so that the blind, deaf and dumb consciousness that make up your suffering are energetically so charged and streamed that you own energy eld through divine love and can dissolve.

And know that if we pray properly, this can happen in a few minutes.

It is also a very nice and intensive exercise if you take a deep and very conscious breath and call on the name of God. You charge your breath ow with divine energy in an unimaginable way. This energy not only ows through the trachea into the abdomen, but also into the organs on all sides and is distributed throughout the body.

Whatever you belong to, however you call God - as a Christian, for example, the energy of God Jesus Christ - breathe in slowly and consciously. Not only will you feel this energy in the body after some practice, this energy will also manifest itself in the heart chakra.

The vibrations generated by prayers establish a spiritual contact with the creative power, which balances inner burdens and the resulting energetic tensions. If we turn off our will in prayer and open our hearts, our consciousness can transmit the energies of divine healing power to our cells. Proper praying means opening oneself to the cosmic will, trusting it absolutely and thus bringing the divine energy to ow harmoniously.

Prayer vibrations always bring back a connection to the spiritual principle, to the original basis of all being. Prayer opens consciousness, prepares it to receive the divine cosmic impulses that bring about positive changes.

It is very important for us that we recognize in the course of our lives to pray persistently and with the powers of the soul!

As long as you may have difculty concentrating, it is benecial to say short but intense prayers without being distracted for a moment. Connect with the will of God. The thought energy:> God, I am < is a wonderful channel through which the vibrations of prayers can ow to the consciousness of prayer.

As already mentioned, please do not forget to open your heart center or heart chakra for the prayer vibrations. Practice not just saying the words with your lips, but the mind to include all of your feelings. In this way you automatically increase the frequency in the heart chakra and promote your consciousness development.

Even if we are concerned, we should not pray when in doubt, but instead seek the spiritual help from our guardian angels so that we can learn to pray in a hopeful and afrmative sense. Not just mentally, but speak it louder if possible. The power of afrmation lies in spoken words.

Spoken prayer creates a higher frequency, and the less developed awareness of worry and despair in people is helped to settle into this higher frequency.

And don't forget that many angels surround us, day and night, wherever we are, they are around us, praying and emanating love. The angels of joy, the angels of calm, the angels of harmony, the angels of the , the angels of love and the power of Jesus Christ prepare our ways when we unite with them in prayer and whenever we join them to open.

Pray for others, pray for the world, for beings, and all dimensions. And also for yourself. Learn to live from Jesus, the power of love. Learn to stand rm from Christ, the power of God. Involve yourself in the prayers of the angels and Christ consciousness in your being.

Father, accept all beings in your .

Light of God, ow as a stream of grace through your children's consciousness.

The Spiritual Helpers

When I speak of spiritual helpers, I mean above all those helpers who are at home in the spiritual world and who intervene and inuence our lives in many ways. They are free from the gross physical body of humans and therefore independent of time and space. The helpers can, for example, follow the events in different locations at the same time and look both into the past and into the future. They have a higher level of knowledge and awareness than we humans.

These spirit beings live in dimensions of light. They love us humans, lead, protect and guide us. By fullling their task they also develop further. Many of them have developed a high level of development in one or more earth lives and are perfected by the helpers helping the people of this earth or spirit beings in other subtle dimensions to develop themselves higher.

Everyone has spiritual guidance, that is, one or more helpers in the spiritual world. Because most people are not aware of this because they only let in that small part of the overall that can be experienced with the external senses and can be grasped with the knowledge of the mind.

However, many occasionally feel that they have received help intuitively - a pointer, a saving idea, a helpful inspiration - without knowing where the help came from. Knowledge of spiritual guidance depends on the level of consciousness you have attained. In theory, each of us is able to make contact with these spiritual helpers. In the state of sleep, that is, unconsciously, all people have contact with their spiritual guidance.

The greatest human enemies, namely fear, doubt and distrust, mostly prevent people from opening the channels that lead to these dimensions.

Even the otherworldly helpers wish so much that their guardians establish spiritual contact with them, exchange ideas, speak to them in meditation. Because then they can provide help in a much more effective way.

At this point I would also like to go into the most important helper of every person, who is also called gate keeper. He has a very special function, usually for the duration of a certain stage of development of the person concerned. Of course, a person with a higher level of awareness is also joined by a gate keeper who is at a correspondingly high level in order to be able to lift him up in terms of development. The guard monitors his mental and spiritual development and prevents life's from distracting him from the goal. At the same time, he regulates the access of other spiritual helpers.

Depending on the inner developed understanding that someone brings with him for the of the spiritual world, help can be given not only for the needs of everyday life, but also for the spiritual path.

Contact With the Helper and Meditation

In every meditation we may be aware of the fact that our gate keeper, our spiritual helper or guardian angel is with us. Most of the time he stands next to or behind his guardian, enclosing him completely with his vibrations, just as he wraps him in a coat full of love.

Certainly, many meditators could perceive the presence of their spiritual helper at least vibrationally and emotionally much earlier if they would trust the ve senses less rigidly. In the new age, more and more people will feel their helpers, the angels and light beings of the other dimensions in such a realistic way and will also see that the doubt about the impact of the angels on our human world seems like an incomprehensible relic of a bygone era.

If you want to adjust to your spiritual helper in meditation, realize with all your feeling that he is already with you and turns to you with full love. Always breathe in his strength and love with your pores, with your soul and your spirit. Allow yourself to be ooded, strengthened and elevated by its vibrations.

Whenever you want to get in touch with him, call him, speak in your thoughts or even in a low voice: > My helper, I call you <, and then just talk to him like you do with your best friend, with complete trust and regardless of whether you notice its vibrations or not. On the path of spiritual development, it is man's duty to provide evidence of trust. That means: You should take the presence of the spiritual helper as a fact, simply to take his presence for granted. Just be convinced of it.

This advance of trust opens the fastest way to establish contact in terms of vibrations. Imagine with a feeling of deep the love and with which he is waiting to help you more and more. Because he can only do this to the extent that you develop consciously.

So if a feeling, a helpful thought arises in you, then do not ask whether it comes from him, but just go so far as to assume that he has given it to you, conrm this feeling and thank you for this inspiration. You will see that this works . Have proper conversations with him. So you will be able to open the channel that enables the connection with your spiritual helper. The channel is there. It's just a matter of pulling out the stopper. The best way to do this is to use your helper as a matter of course.

Frequently, people who were able to make contact reported that they only became aware of the fact of the contact after it had existed for a long time. As a rule, they had had a certain idea of how they would the helper's promptings. This initially blocked their perception of the unexpected other happenings! Or, out of false modesty, they could not really imagine that such a contact would be given to them and for this reason did not want to admit it.

Such mental constrictions always have their roots in the mind. So it is also important here that we learn to make things happen and that we are ready to accept and believe something, even without the conscious mind understanding it! A certain expectation, but also the unexpected due to false modesty, is a vibration, because everything - as we should always keep in mind - is vibration.

And even though there is already a connection with the helper, this vibration prevents the meditator from perceiving the incoming impulses.

It is also a mistake to believe that all people perceive the subtle worlds in the same way. For some, the absorption takes place in the head, for others via the heart chakra or in the neck - or back oft the neck chakra ( which is a related chakra ), or via the energy center solar plexus.

For with the spiritual helper, it is therefore advisable to avoid mental determinations and to accept and accept every feeling with great care and openness. You can also ask your helper to give you a sign. For example, that you feel something physical or that you see a shape or a symbol in your mind's eye when it is there and wants to communicate with you.

If we want to connect with the subtle beings, we have to leave behind doubts, curiosity and arrogance. Only the attitude of trust and devotion to our creator, as well as the willingness to be led out of the spiritual will, make our soul sensitive to the subtle, to the miracles of all life in general.

Only when the critical mind is paired with awe and love guides us can the view of the subtle events open. Inevitably, the path of internalization leads to the unication of mind and soul and from a single consciousness we bow to the original source of all being. Then only one wish burns in us that penetrates the spheres as a prayer:

The Path of Purification

As soon as a person feels the desire to meditate in himself and also begins to do so, he is so developed in his consciousness that he wants to dissolve time and space in himself in the course of his life. Such a person not only explores his inner world, but always also in a completely new way the outer world. He becomes open to other people and also to nature.

Initially, his consciousness of the mind does not yet have a great understanding of such a change and the meditation exercises are still being fought by him.

The beautiful inner experiences let the meditator grow to the knowledge that through regular he develops on the one hand in the physical world and at the same time in subtle, spiritual dimensions.

Gradually, he also becomes aware of his different consciousness on other levels. The meditator has a deep inner desire to prepare a beautiful for the God who dwells in him. He feels the desire to spend more time in nature and to pray very consciously. In addition to this internal restructuring, he stands consciously and happily in everyday life and tries to solve the tasks with serenity and calm.

Of course, he doesn't always manage to stay balanced, but he processes such phases much faster and with less energy loss than before. The path of purication is not only arduous, but above all it is a path of awareness.

If a person is in this development, a lot of patience is required from him. Patience is the basis for all further steps!

Over a longer period the meditator will> only < achieve a mediocre meditative state because his (= his higher self ) demands that he rst harmonize internally, which is equivalent to a purication of the feelings and the mind. So if the longing to get closer to his own spiritual being urges the student too quickly, he should always keep in mind the importance of patience and assume the preliminary stage of mediocre deepening or meditation.

The higher self keeps that gate of the unlimited subconscious, that secret divine power reservoir in us closed until the meditator has cleared something up in the memory - subconscious. If he tries to open the gate beforehand using force, he overwhelms himself physically and emotionally.

Wise providence is a strict rule here and does not tolerate constraints, neither of good intellect nor of impatience. So we should never want to force progress. We don't have to be good either, we just have to be. From this feeling, we are increasingly certain that we are safe in God in all honesty.

The immersion in meditation almost always leads the student initially into the space of the memory subconscious mind bound to space and time. Here, during the exercises, he gets an insight into all the character changes that are necessary to clean the temple. The meditator learns to see himself without a mask and not to value his good and less good qualities either above or below. He becomes able to amplify the vibrations of his goodness in such a way that mistakes and weaknesses can be converted in the higher consciousness.

Over time, he becomes able to understand his own human reactions, hypersensitivities and injuries, to compensate for them and to use them without apologies. The ability to live more and more in the here and now is becoming a conscious, daily task.

A meditator has a deep desire to become a better person and the longing for God is a force in him that not only leads him into meditation, but also into calm, serenity and patience, that end this level of meditation are necessary.

If the higher consciousness from time to time gives these people a deep inner experience that will delight them, in the future they will learn not to want more than what is given to them. The structures of the character rene and above all become their own, in ever new sensations to understand the meaning of human . This meditation stage is the preparation, the cleaning of the temple, so that the divine consciousness can then work through such a person.

To live from the higher consciousness means to open certain mental blockages, locks and thereby to be able to feel God in oneself.

How often do we call to God, we ask him to come in and mostly don't notice that we have locked the door from the inside? Meditation also means opening the door of the heart wide so that we can learn to participate in the goodness and . This means loving and understanding others as we would like to be loved and understood.

A person who achieves this middle state of meditation will gradually develop the understanding that he should make things happen. Of course, that doesn't mean just sitting there and not worrying about anything. Rather, he learns not to force events, to get rid of the various fears and to build trustingly on the spiritual law. This development is hard work and requires a lot of strength and . He is also puried in the sense that he sees his mistakes and weaknesses as his own responsibility. He learns to take responsibility for himself and all events that affect his life.

The words " if " and " but ", the back doors, slowly dissolve in this development process. So these meditation exercises have the deeper meaning to dissolve the constraints that the thinking of the mind and the memory - subconscious within them.

In this Aquarian age and in the course of time through meditation, man will bring the ego personality into harmony with the divine consciousness, only to then live out of him.

Evil is made up of various thought energies. Its bases are greed for power, envy, hatred, revenge and the fears of all people. These thought energies are far from the divine and if we humans suffer from their negative effects, God is not responsible. These enormous negative forces are also called temptation. These rule in the dimensions of space and time and are in constant struggle against the divine, the good. We do not sink into the waves of evil when we adjust to the channel of our guardian angels in prayer and meditation and live in inner connection with them.

The meditator experiences a similar struggle. His mind and his memory - subconscious often try with all their might to suppress the good experiences in meditation - the other reality. He goes through phases of the most serious doubts. But he learns to overcome the power of evil, to resist temptation. Little by little he will succeed not in putting his ego satisfaction at the top, but in living out of the spiritual self.

The limited unconscious tries to intensify the fears, insecurities and doubts with the goal to lead the meditator off his way, especially during the inner clean-up work. But with every further practice the good will prevail, despair will be followed by inner certainty and the rm that we are embedded in the lap of God.

All of these developments are tests that a meditator has to pass. Bringing the ego originating from the ego into line with the spiritual ego is the highest goal of human life!

Disregarding this spiritual law inevitably leads to problems. Practicing meditation simply to satisfy one's ego consciousness, to be further or more than others, inevitably leads to the abyss of fear, since the meditation experiences can hardly be mastered by the ego consciousness. The vibrations of evil, present in every human being, receive nourishment and lead them into restlessness, fears, into a kind of inner hell that causes them to take actions that lead them into suffering.

But this suffering is the saving anchor. Only suffering can heal him from the illness of the ego consciousness, provided that the person concerned remains open to the good. There are no half-truths in mental and spiritual development, just as there are no compromises. How could it be otherwise, it is about preparing the temple of God.

Meditating does not mean giving up or losing your personality, on the contrary, we promote it and our overall development. The spiritual helpers, our guardian angels, are not a substitute for God, they are the stages through which we come closer to God. They are also like bridges that enable us to get from the bank of the mind to the bank of other , other states of being. Our helpers are also our intercessors and our best and most seless friends.

We are aware that God is worth everything to us. Unfortunately, we mostly ignore this knowledge. We take on the cross of many lives to return to our home, the divine consciousness, over time. Despite the severity of life, we can be thankful and glad for this knowledge. In our hardest hours we have the love of God, the eternal ray of light that always reaches us, even if we don't want to admit it. Especially in suffering, when we are like crying children looking for comfort, meditation can be of great help.

Who knows how to comfort better than God our Father?

The greatest danger in meditation is that we succumb to our own self and the whispering of our memory subconscious. Especially in the beginning, our mind is like a deant child who reares up because it does not understand the laws of adults, that is, of higher consciousness. The child matures in us through meditation. It develops its consciousness until it becomes able to feel the higher consciousness as belonging to it.

Therefore, it is very important that we speak kindly to the child within us, that we teach the child within us to practice PATIENCE. Even if we have stumbled across our ego again and again, we should keep in our hearts the certainty that we can never fall deeper than into the hand of God.

Then we will always have the strength to stand up and grow into the understanding that every day, every hour is a new beginning.

Often one of the false whispers of the memory subconscious is that the meditator's efforts are in vain. Since the conscious mind is assigned to the physical existence of the human being and knows nothing about the processes in the subtle bodies and other consciousness, the memory subconscious has not yet saved the experience that inner progress is possible without externally visible success. It cannot help but talk out the meditator's condence that every minute of meditation will advance him on his inner path.

If his mind listens to this inuence, he blocks himself and prevents the relaxed, relaxed happening. Therefore it is very important that he to make progress, not to be excluded from the whole event. Because what we believe positively or negatively determines our personal reality.

This not-so-right belief is one of the temptations in meditation. It is the refusal of the mind to accept inner progress. Only if the meditator succeeds in believing that he is developing and if he wants to see the small steps of his progress, does he not prevent himself from passing through gates that are open to him.

So do not worry anxiously whether you are making progress or you feel something or see inside. I will report in detail in a separate chapter on the multidimensionality of humans. This says that we humans have a lot of consciousness from different dimensions, where we develop at the same time.

So every meditative exercise has a positive effect. Either in the awareness of our current existence, or in other levels. The consciousness of the mind that is tailored exclusively to our gross physical existence and, for these reasons, only orientates and moves on the physical surface, has no knowledge of this as a rule.

That says nothing about the spiritual nature of man and his development. The meditator should awaken the understanding and keep awake that what he believes to be is only part of him.

In reality we are made up of hundreds of consciousness and there is an understanding in each. When the time is right, the of meditation will send enough light into the depths of and the spirit of love will then let us grasp the developments.

Especially at the beginning of every meditation we should realize that we are more than just our body, more than physical matter. Remind yourself time and time again that you are essentially a spiritual being that we humans have assumed a physical form for a limited time on earth.

Realize that your actual structure is spiritual, that you are only temporarily in the present physical shell that man needs to live in this gross dimension, on this planet earth. And also tell yourself that only this physical covering and the brain's thinking are bound to space and time.

The spiritual being in you, your actual being, develops regardless of the mind in both the plus and the minus time. Through meditation you become more and more aware of this fact. And in the course of developments, we humans will again nd access to the whole in our minds.

And if once in a meditation, in a completely new and deepened way, you experience joy again and a spark of fascination is ignited in you, do not try to share this experience with someone. If you feel that pure light has reached you, then you know that it must not be revealed.

Follow your feeling that what you experienced as pure, as subtle, as holy must be preserved within you. Those who have followed the path of purication know how to distinguish between what can be communicated and what can only survive in the stillness of the heart. He knows that talking about the unspeakable means losing it again.
