Pursuant to the Provincial Elections Act, and upon the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant-Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, ordersthat whereas it is deemed desirable to provide for advance poll voting at the forthcoming Provincial Election:

AND WHEREAS THAT the Chief Electoral Officer has specified the grouping of certain electoral districts for the holding of advance polls:

SPECIAL POLLING-PLACES, to be known as "advance polls" be established at the places set out on the list attached hereto for the Electoral Districts and groups of Electoral Districts specified:

AND FURTHER ORDERS THAT at the advance polls established for the groups of Electoral Districts specified on the said list attached hereto the vote may be taken at the appropriate polling place of any registered voter who complies with the provisions of Section 114 of the said Act, and whose name is registered in any polling division in any group of electoral districts so specified.
