Please note: - The EPSO conference and conference dinner are free of charge and only admissible for EPSO delegates, speakers and invited guests. - The pre- conference EPSO working groups are open to all delegates from EPSO Partners and experts invited by EPSO, who want to participate in the work of working group (s); participation in the working group sessions does not necessary mean that participants have to participate in the main conference. Participation in the main conference is limited to a maximum of 3 participants per country. - The pre-conference EPSO working groups meetings will be held in Tallinn at the Terviseamet offices, Paldiski mnt 81, Tallinn. - Travel and hotel costs are at your own expenses; a special transfer from Tallinn to Saaremaa is kindly arranged by our host Terviseamet. Please let us know if you plan to travel to Saaremaa with us. - There are a limited number (40) of rooms pre-reserved for our delegates at the Spa Hotel Meri, please book a.s.a.p. After the 7th of June we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms anymore (see page 10 for hotel and booking information). - For travel information please look at page 11.

Programme of the EPSO working group meetings (parallel) Monday July 3rd in Tallinn The pre-conference EPSO working group meetings are open to all EPSO delegates and invited guests (please let us know if you want to participate) and also for those who do not plan to come to the conference; the meetings are planned at the office of Terviseamet (Paldiski mnt 81, Tallinn). For directions please see page 11. The arranged transfer bus to Saaremaa leaves on the 3rd of July 16:30 hours in front of Terviseamet. Please make sure to be in time!

16:30 Departure of the shuttle bus to Saaremaa (From Tallinn to Virtsu and then crossing by -boat from Virtsu to the island Muhu and from there over the bridge to Saaremaa, Kuressaare Spa hotel Meri). Please be there in time as the bus won’t wait!

Shades of candlelight quiver on the ancient arches of the castle. Exquisite fragrance of oriental spices is in the air. Food made according to historical recipes is served from archaic dishes and platters, wine is poured from pitchers and drunk from goblets. Food is eaten from bread; the only “helper” is a wrought knife. The major-domo explains the table manners and eating habits of those old days. Saare-Lääne bishop welcomes guests, and live music characteristic of that period can be heard. The dinner will take about 2 hours.

Address: Paldiski mnt 81, Tallinn from The most comfortable way to get from Tallinn airport to Terviseamet head offices (Paldiski mnt 81) is to take a taxi. Taxi Taxis are available outside the airport. •The price for trips from the airport to the Terviseamet offices is aprox.15 euro. The transfer time by road from Tallinn to the island of Saaremaa is around 4 hours. We will stop for dinner (at your own costs) at the Muhu island. Please let us know before 16th of June if you join us by bus . Getting to Saaremaa and the conference hotel by yourself The Conference hotel is in Kuressaare which is the capital of the island of Saaremaa, situated approximately 200 km south-west of Tallinn (the capital of Estonia). Although there are various alternative routes the ‘easiest’ way to get to the island of Saaremaa is via Tallinn, if not coming from or Estonia itself. The other possibilities are for example, sail by yacht directly to Kuressaare or use a plane/ car/bus/ferry

Although there is a flight from Tallinn airport directly to , this cannot be booked long in advance and as they operate with very small planes (7 -18 seaters) the service is sometimes suspended due to weather conditions. Operator for Kuressaare line: http://www.saartelennuliinid.ee/en and the Tallinn airport is situated only 3 kilometres from Kuressaare town centre.

By land: You travel south-west towards Virtsu and take the short (30 min) ferry ride to the island of Muhu, which is linked by a bridge to Saaremaa. You can take a bus or rent a car. More info : Getting there
