How to Download and install Google Chrome
Google Chrome is a fast, free web browser. Before you download, you can check if Chrome supports your operating system and that you have all the other system requirements. Install Chrome on Windows
1. Download the installation file. (https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html) 2. If prompted, click Run or Save. 3. If you chose Save, double-click the download to start installing. 4. Start Chrome: Windows 7: A Chrome window opens once everything is done. Windows 8 and 8.1: A welcome dialogue appears. Click Next to select your default browser. Windows 10: A Chrome window opens once everything is done. You can m ake Chrome your default browser.
If you've used a different browser, like Internet Explorer or Safari, you can i mport your settings into Chrome.
Install Chrome on Mac
1. Download the installation file. (https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html) 2. Open the file called 'googlechrome.dmg'.
3. In the window that opens, find Chrome . 4. Drag Chrome to the Applications folder. You might be asked to enter the admin password. If you don't know the admin password, drag Chrome to a place on your computer where you can make edits, like your desktop. 5. Open Chrome. 6. Open Finder.
7. In the sidebar, to the right of Google Chrome, click Eject .

Sign in to Chrome
When you sign in to the Chrome browser, you can save and sync things like your bookmarks, history, passwords and other settings to your Google account, so that you can get to them on any device.
To help keep your data private:
Only sign in to Chrome from trusted devices. Don't forget to sign out of Chrome when you are done.
1. Open Chrome.
2. In the top-right, click the button with your name or People . 3. Click Sign in to Chrome. 4. Sign in with your Google account. 5. To customise your sync settings:
● Click More Settings. ● Near the top, click Sync. ● Choose what info that you want to share across other signed-in devices.
Sign out of or remove a person from Chrome
To stop recording your history, bookmarks and settings to your Google account, sign out of Chrome.
To erase someone's Chrome data (including history, bookmarks and passwords) from a computer, remove their profile from Chrome. For example, if you sign into Chrome on someone else's computer, we recommend removing your profile from Chrome before you leave.
Sign out on a computer
1. Open Chrome.
2. At the top-right, click More . 3. Click Settings. 4. Under "Sign in", click D isconnect your Google account. 5. Click Disconnect account.

Remove someone from Chrome
Multiple people can use Chrome on the same computer using multiple "Chrome profiles". After you remove someone from Chrome, their Chrome data is erased from the device.
1. Open Chrome.
2. At the top-right, click the button with your name or People . 3. Click Switch person. 4. Point to the person that you want to remove.
5. At the top-right of the person, click More . 6. Click Remove This Person. 7. Confirm by clicking R emove This Person.
