Two studies on low to moderate-CVD risk individuals For both studies subjects consumed the U.S. National Institutes of Health heart healthy diet for four weeks to establish a baseline. The diet was then maintained throughout the following 16-week study period.

Results also showed*: • No additional measureable benefits when Pantesin was increased from 600 to 900 mg/day for weeks 9-16 • No statistical difference in subjects blood CoQ10 levels • No significant adverse events compared to placebo
