How to register? Reservation of hotel rooms during EGOS 2017 is only possible through the registration site. All hotel rooms must be fully prepaid by the time of reservation by credit card or bank transfer no later than 8 days after registration. Credit card fee as assess by the various credit card companies. For bank transfers there is a transaction fee of DKK 50.

Changes & Cancellation Policy For cancellations or reductions of the hotel made before 3 April, 2017 the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 200 and any transaction fees which might incur. Cancellations or reductions made after 3 April, 2017 will only be refunded if the room is re-sold.
