1 RULES

The regatta is subject to the rules as defined in the "Racing Rules ". - The skipper must have either a valid DSV driving licence, a youngest sailing licence, a sports sailing licence or an official driving licence prescribed or recommended for the sailing area, also issued and valid by the DSV on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing. Mit den nachfolgenden Informationen geben wir Ihnen einen Überblick über die Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten durch uns als ausrichtendem Verein und Ihre Rechte aus dem Datenschutzrecht.

1. Verantwortliche Stelle für die Datenverarbeitung ist der

2. Zur Organisation der Regatta verarbeiten wir die personenbezogenen Daten, die uns die Regattateilnehmenden mit ihrer Meldung zur Regatta übermitteln. Es sind dies Name, Anschrift, E- Mail- Adresse, Verein, Bootstyp, Segelnummer und bei Regatten mit Alterswertungen der Geburtsjahrgang. Im Rahmen der Durchführung der Regatta werden zudem Ergebnisse, rechnerische und optische Auswertungen, Positionsnachverfolgungen, auch in Form von Wettfahrtanalysen, den Teilnehmenden zugeordnet und öffentlich zugänglich gemacht, z.B. in Form von Start-/Teilnehmer- und Ergebnislisten in Aushängen an der Tafel für Bekanntmachungen, www.lyc.de .

Im Rahmen der Durchführung und Abwicklung der Regatta werden die erforderlichen Daten insbesondere in Form von Ergebnislisten vom Verein an für uns tätige Dienstleister sowie an die zuständige Klassenvereinigung zur Erstellung der Rangliste und zur Auswertung und Kontrolle der Meldungen und Ergebnisse an den Deutschen Segler-Verband e.V., Gründgensstraße 18, 22309 Hamburg übermittelt. Der Deutsche Segler-Verband veröffentlicht bei Meisterschaften die Namen, Vereine und Platzierungen der besten sechs Teilnehmer/innen auf seiner Webseite. Unser Dienstleister und der DSV sind bzw. werden verpflichtet, Ihre Daten nur für die Veranstaltung und dessen Vor- und Nachbereitung einschließlich Ranglisten und übergreifender Wertungen zu verwenden. Eine kommerzielle Nutzung ist untersagt.

Im Zusammenhang mit seinem Satzungszweck (Förderung des Segelsports) veröffentlicht der Verein im Rahmen einer Berichterstattung über die Regatta personenbezogene Daten, Texte, Fotos und Filme der Regattateilnehmenden in seiner Vereinszeitung sowie auf seiner Homepage, in sozialen Medien und übermittelt diese Daten zur Sportberichterstattung ggf. an Print- und Telemedien sowie elektronische Medien. Dies betrifft insbesondere Start-, Teilnehmer- und Ergebnislisten der Regatta. Die Veröffentlichung/Übermittlung von Daten beschränkt sich hierbei neben Fotos und Filmen auf Name, Vereinszugehörigkeit und - soweit aus sportlichen Gründen erforderlich - Alter oder Geburtsjahrgang.

3. Die Teilnehmenden können jederzeit gegenüber dem ausrichtenden Verein der Veröffentlichung von Einzelfotos ihrer Person widersprechen. Ab Zugang des Widerspruchs unterbleibt die Veröffentlichung/Übermittlung und der Verein entfernt vorhandene Fotos von seiner Homepage und aus den sozialen Medien. Durch ihre Meldung zur Regatta und die damit verbundene Anerkennung der Regeln und dieser Datenschutzhinweise stimmen die Regattateilnehmenden der Erhebung, Verarbeitung (Speicherung, Veränderung, Übermittlung) und Nutzung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten in dem vorgenannten Ausmaß und Umfang zu. Eine anderweitige Datenverwendung ist dem ausrichtenden Verein nur erlaubt, sofern er aus gesetzlichen Gründen hierzu verpflichtet ist. Ein Datenverkauf ist nicht statthaft. Jede/r Regattateilnehmende hat im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften der EU-Datenschutz- Grundverordnung und des Bundesdatenschutz-gesetzes das Recht auf Auskunft über die zu seiner/ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten, deren Empfänger und den Zweck der Speicherung sowie auf Berichtigung, Löschung oder Sperrung dieser Daten. Zudem hat er oder sie das Recht, die Einwilligung zur Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung dieser Daten jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu widerrufen sowie sich an die zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein zu wenden. Nach vollständiger Abwicklung der Regatta werden die personenbezogenen Daten wieder gelöscht. Die Ergebnislisten der Regatta werden zu sportfachlichen Zwecken archiviert.
