Libraries Unlimited is a Devon-based charity and social enterprise that runs Devon Libraries and Torbay Libraries. As a charity, we rely on a mix of income to continue providing high-quality libraries and library services to the people of Devon and Torbay.
Our libraries offer a range of services including author events, book clubs, children and teen activities, business and IT support, free WiFi and computer access, health and wellbeing support, access to free digital magazines and newspapers as well as loaning books, ebooks and audio books.
We offer room hire at many of our Libraries across Devon and Torbay including Barnstaple Library, The Hayridge at Cullompton, Exeter Library, Passmore Edwards Centre in Newton Abbot and Paignton Library. Barnstaple

Out of hours bookings Meeting rooms are available to hire out of hours subject to staff availability. A surplus fee of £17 per hour will be Henry Williamson Room - 2nd floor charged for any bookings made which fall £20.90 per hour outside of library opening hours.
