To meet Hawaii’s requirements, a Certificate of Good Standing must be issued by a jurisdiction’s highest court and licensing authority and must verify the following:

• Your full name as listed on your license • Current name with proof of name change, if applicable • Current status (active, inactive, suspended, etc.) • Are you in good standing? Able to practice law in the jurisdiction you are licensed? • Bar number • Date and place of admission
