Event Information Dressage Judge: Ivetta Harte, is a USDF L-judge program graduate, 4th level competitor and equestrian journalist.

• Entry Deadline. All DRESSAGE entries and fees must be received June 22nd, postmarked before or on June 20, 2016. Entry deadline for Jumping and Cross Country classes is the day of the show. • Dressage classes will start at 9:00 a.m., starting with the USEA Tests. If substituting Eventing Division Dressage test an extra $5 fee applies. • Send completed entry forms together with all fees to Moss Beach Ranch, P.O. Box 24, Moss Beach, CA 94038 • For Pas de Deux, Quadrille, Musical Freestyle, and Western Dressage, riders must submit pattern w/entry & CD if applicable. Please reserve boarding in advance. Shavings, etc can be ordered from Pastorino, 650 726-6155, call by Wednesday morning for a Thursday delivery. • Dressage and Eventing Divisions - General US Equestrian Federation and USEA Rules apply. • For Eventing Divisions, the USEA Dressage Tests (20x40m arena) and/or USDF tests (20x60 m arena) are used and scored based on percentages. • Western Dressage is ridden with Western tack and judged on western gaits. • In Test of Choice, horse/rider combination may enter more than one test per level. • Jumping and Cross-Country classes will be scored by optimum time plus penalty points. You can be eliminated for excessive speed or unsportsmanlike conduct. Maximum penalty points per fence are 100 for Cross Country and 50 points for Stadium. Excessive refusals (please, no more than 3 attempts), going off course, going around a fence, or exceeding optimum time are not grounds for elimination. • On-course time will be recorded for purposes of breaking ties. • Ribbons are awarded for 1st to 5th place • Dressage tests are scored and ribbons awarded based on percentages. • Dressage scores from this show will count toward the Coastside Dressage Schooling Show Series Year-End Award. • The Show Management reserves the right to cancel, combine, or split classes when warranted. • Entry fees are non-refundable unless a doctor's restriction or veterinarian's certificate is provided. • Protective vests and helmets are required on x-country and stadium courses for all minors. • Medical armbands are mandatory for stadium and x-country jumping (to be worn on left arm). • Please clean up after your horse. Do not litter! • Trailer and car parking is limited. Please park ONLY in designated areas. • You may use the ranch hitch racks to tie your horses. Do not tie to fences--use tie strings at all times!
