Condition 19 The extent of re- building works have been shown on drawings:- 1435[BD]053C & 1435[BD]054B. It is impractical to provide a underpinning details at this early stage of the project. We would ask that other works are allowed to commence and the works undertake trail holes at a suitable point of the works and confirm if underpinning is actually required. Details of any underpinning will be presented to the Local Authority for approval prior to their implementation.

Condition 20 The structure has existing windows and doors fitted approximately 150 - 250mm from the outer face of the wall it is not proposed to alter this arrangement for new apertures. Setting windows back within the reveal 500mm is likely to cause issue with weathering. This will allow the full reveal to become saturated including the inner stones, and lead to water/damp ingress around the aperture. This will also extend the frame past the existing cill stones Condition 19 See above
