For every dollar that collegians and alumnae raise for Alzheimer's and gerontology research, there is a smile of gratitude on the faces of families that have loved ones with this debilitating disease.

Have you ever found yourself wondering, "What does Sigma Kappa do with the money raised for Alzheimer's Disease and gerontology research ?"

As a collegi an, I would a k myself that question every time my chapter would have a fundraising event. Each year l participated in the annual igma Kappa lollipop campaign, and I would tell those individuals purchasing the gourmet lollipops that the money was being raised for Alzheimer's Disease and gerontology re earch. However, I never truly understood what that entail ed. It actuall y was not until! tarted working for the Sigma Kappa Foundati on that I di scovered how important my efforts were.
