The Catholic Schools Foundation is proud to partner with three universities and donors to provide full to transformative college readiness summer programs exclusively for its high school scholarship recipients. These programs will prepare CSF scholarship recipients for college by providing them exposure to challenging and varied fields of learning, including business, civics, leadership and the arts.

Boston College

Boston College – Boston College Experience

Get a jump start on college and experience life as a college student at Boston College for FREE!

The Catholic Schools Foundation and Boston College are offering 25 scholarships to CSF scholarship recipients to attend the two week, virtual BC Experience summer program. The non- credit program will combine both synchronous and asynchronous elements.

 What: BC Experience

 Number of Scholarships: 25 full scholarships

 Eligibility:

- Class of 2022-2023

- Current CSF Scholarship Recipient

 Length: 2 Weeks

 When:

o Session 1: Monday, June 21 - Friday, July 2 o Session 2: Tuesday, July 5 - Friday, July 16 o Session 3: Monday, July 19 - Friday, July 30 o Session 4: Monday, August 2 - Friday, August 13

 How to Register:

o Students must complete a registration form. There is no application. o To bypass fees, the student’s advisor must email this template to Dee Masiello at [email protected] by March 7, 2021. o The student’s advisor will be notified of the student’s acceptance and given a pass code to register the student. o This code bypasses all fees and tuition. The pass code cannot be shared with the student and is only for the advisor’s use.

 Cost: FREE – This a scholarship through CSF and Boston College. Selected students will

not pay to participate in the program.

 Credit: Non-Credited

 Post-Program: Each scholarship recipient is required to submit a one page reflection paper

to [email protected] by September 30, 2021.

Bentley University – Wall Street 101 Summer Program

Get a jump start on college and learn about business at Bentley University for FREE!

Bentley University, the Catholic Schools Foundation, and the Wickwire family are offering seven scholarships to CSF scholarship recipients to attend the 2 week virtual Wall Street 101 summer program. Wall Street 101 provides a fun and interactive opportunity for high school students to learn about the financial industry and other business fields.

*Same course available during different sessions Please note there will be lunchtime speakers on selected days for each session. On those days, the morning session will conclude at 1:00 pm, and the afternoon session will begin at 12:00 pm. Attendance at these sessions is mandatory.

available on a first come, first served basis, so apply early!

Selected students will not pay to participate in the program. The application fee is waived for

paper to [email protected] by September 30, 2021. Tufts University – Leadership for Social Change

Get a jump start on college and learn about leadership and civics at Tufts University for FREE!

The Catholic Schools Foundation and the Henken family are offering five scholarships to CSF scholarship recipients to attend the two week Leadership for Social Change summer program at Tufts University. This year’s program is fully virtual, combining synchronous and asynchronous elements. Earn a college credit from Tufts while leader strengthening leadership skills and civic knowledge to build connects, work collaboratively, and emerge as change agents who can inspire others.

 What: Leadership for Social Change Summer Program

 Where: Tufts University, Medford

 Number of Scholarships: 5 full scholarships

 Eligibility:

- Class of 2022-2024

- Current CSF Scholarship Recipient

- 15 years or older

 Length: 2 Weeks

 When: July 11-23, 2021

 How to Apply: Complete the Tufts online application by March 15, 2021 AND email

[email protected] with the name of the applicant. Failure to send the applicant name via

email will result in losing the opportunity for the scholarship. The selected scholarship recipients

will be notified by May 30, 2021 or earlier.

 Cost: FREE – This is a scholarship through CSF, Tufts University, and the Henken family. Selected

students will not pay to participate in the program. The application fee is waived for CSF

students.
