Boston , Woods College of Advancing Studies, Chestnut Hill, MA Associate Dean of Enrollment Management June 2016 – Present

 Implement and improve enrollment, marketing and retention processes in the Woods College, establishing strategic marketing and recruiting plans to increase enrollment  Expand on current WCAS marketing initiatives to conduct outreach and marketing activities to community , high schools, government agencies, and businesses  Support Student Services for 800 + undergraduate, certificate, graduate and non-degree students, both domestic and international, assisting in student advisement, registration and student programming, including New Student Orientation and New International Student Welcome Lunch  Established and manage Manresa Experience for Woods College undergraduates, the first year long student formation program for Woods College students, focusing on discernment, community building, and Jesuit values  Work with faculty on domestic and international student enrollment initiatives, tuition modeling and admission committee decisions. Collaborate with departments throughout the University, including the Vice- of Enrollment Management, Marketing, IT, International Students and Scholars and other admission offices  Remain current with trends and best practices regarding student retention to develop retention strategies, including outreach and advisement to students on hiatus from the Woods College, and work closely with faculty and student outreach services staff in implementing, evaluating, and improving retention strategies.

 Initiated and oversaw Regis’ first exploratory Graduate International Outreach effort to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, resulting in the initial contact with the Scientific Mobility Program and collaborative meetings with 9 Brazilian institutions and organizations, including PUC-RIO  Represented the Graduate Affairs Department on College International Task Force, engaging in international student services campus wide plan and international student recruitment efforts  Collaborated with Nursing department and Global Connections Office to develop and maintain College’s first ever ESL program for Saudi Arabian graduate students, incorporating NCLEX preparation, cultural assimilation, and English language preparation  Established and oversaw operations, strategic planning, and 8 staff members within offices including Graduate Admission, Institute of Advancing Studies (IAS - bachelor completion programs for adult students), Graduate Student Services, Graduate Career Placement and Off-Site Partnerships  Supported the organization of Adult Student Services for 1100 + graduate and degree completion students, both domestic and international, assisting in student advisement/student programming  Monitored Academic Catalog areas focusing on policies and academic issues for over 50 certificates and degrees at the baccalaureate, post-baccalaureate, and graduate levels  Oversaw monthly Graduate Program Director meetings involving key stakeholders on campus, and hold Graduate Program Director Workshops, focusing on strategic planning, employee relations, and professional development

 Represented the Graduate Admission Office on College International Task Force, engaging in international student services campus wide plan and international student recruitment efforts  Developed and maintained strategic recruitment plan for international student recruitment, integrating prospective student search tools, international alumni of Regis graduate programs to serve as ambassadors in home countries, and higher education institutions from abroad  Four time recipient of the French American Cultural Exchange (FACE) Tournées French Film Festival Grant, organizing festival and promoting French film and culture to members of Regis and the outside community  Reviewed, read, and maintained admission files for over 700 annual applications to Regis graduate and continuing education programs, including 26 Masters and Doctoral Degrees, overseeing admission decision process, sending decision letters, and facilitating students’ into programs, including Nursing, Regulatory & Clinical Research Management, and Medical Imaging  Coordinated and directed 10-12 graduate admission events/year, including Graduate Student Welcome Receptions, Information Sessions, New Student Orientations, and Admitted Student Days  Met all enrollment targets for current and new graduate programs, engaging in various proven successful methods of recruitment, including an updated and enhanced communication plan

French American Cultural Educational (FACE) Tournées Film Festival Apr. ‘06, ‘08, ‘09, ‘10  Applied for and was awarded a Tournées French Film Festival grant of $2000 from the FACE council; one of only 3 colleges in to receive the grant  Organized and arranged the two week French Film Festival (5 films) on Regis College’s campus, exposing approximately 250 students, community members, and faculty/staff to award winning films

SERVICE EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

The Ocean House Hotel & Motel, Old Orchard Beach, ME Summers 2001-2011 As manager & partner, scheduled and coordinated reservations both in French and English, from guests via phone and in person in a high volume and fast paced hotel motel business. Oversaw and communicated with 18-20 employees, maintain payroll and most managerial responsibilities.

Big Sister/Little Sister of Massachusetts Nov. 04 – May 16 Developed and sustain an excellent relationship with a 18 year old girl, a graduate of at Cambridge, Rindge, and High School participating in regular outings.

Catherine McAuley High School Run for Hope 5k 2007-2017 Organize and manage annual 5k memorial run and walk for Portland, Maine high school. The second largest fundraiser at the school, the event raises approximately $20,000 annually, totally over $100,000 in money for students in financial need
