BOSTON • Chestnut Hill, MA • 2016 – Present DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE SUMMER SESSION & EXPERIENCE PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS Oversight of all strategic, operational, recruitment and marketing processes associated with the Boston College Summer Session. Includes collaboration across departments to develop a schedule of over 160 courses, marketing and promotion of offerings, faculty staffing and hiring and management of registration processes. Oversight of the Boston College Experience (BCE) program for high schools students. Special course and program development design and implementation. Oversight of Summer Session budget, faculty selection and hiring, student advising. Key Accomplishments: • Exceeded undergraduate enrollment YOY numbers by 15% for summer 2017 • Exceeded BCE applications YOY by 300% and enrollments by 150% for summer 2017 • Redesigned course-scheduling process for summer session resulting in ability to market offerings more than one month in advance of previous year. • Oversaw the redesigned of the application website and application processing system for BCE • Launched two Domestic Study programs • Redesign of BCE and Summer Session marketing and branding activities internally and externally • Served on the Marketing and Enrollment Strategy committee, 2017-2018 • Serve on the Online Education Policy committee, 2018-2019

DEAN COLLEGE • Franklin, MA • 2014 – 2016 DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF CONTINUING STUDIES Developed overall operational processes including establishing and executing strategy to meet enrollment and revenue goals and growing program offerings and operations for the School of Continuing Studies (SCS) regionally, domestically and internationally. Managed marketing, admissions and recruitment, advising and retention, faculty management, new program development and design and outreach activities. Implemented regular review and revision of courses of study while administering state and federal regulations; reviewed course classifications, methods of instruction and assessments. Managed the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, vendor relationships and part- time marketing consultant. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Exceeded summer programs and fall 2015 enrollments goals by 8% and 12% respectively and revenue targets by 17% and 12% respectively. Exceeded winter intercession 2016 program enrollments by 20% and revenue target by 21%. On pace to exceed summer 2016 enrollments. • Leading the strategic redesign of School of Continuing Studies marketing and communications activities to include branding and messaging, social media campaigns, digital marketing activities and updates to website and marketing collateral currently resulting in 33% increase in lead generations and 25% increase in conversion. • Designed and lead execution of process, policy and design operations for the online B.S. and A.S in Business degrees. Including obtaining NEASC approval. • Researched, developed and launched new certificate programs in Fundraising, Cybersecurity Studies and Sport Based Youth Development.

NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY • Boston, MA • 2011 – 2014 ASSISTANT DEAN OF GRADUATE FACULTY AND ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AT THE COLLEGE OF PROFESSIONAL STUDIES Managed operational processes of graduate programs for the university’s College of Professional Studies (CPS), including development and execution of enrollment strategy and marketing and program-based business development. Managed Program personnel including 11 full-time faculty and 3 full time staff; oversaw budgets and instructional resources. Coordinated the migration of programs to online and corporate delivery, and established and managed linkages to other within the university. Implemented regular review and revision of courses of study, enforced state and federal regulations; reviewed course classifications, methods of instruction and assessments. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Established articulation agreements with several domestic and international universities to expand online certificate offerings within graduate leadership portfolio of programs. Efforts resulted in 50% increase in enrollments for Project Management within the first year. • Launched the in Leadership degree partnership with International University in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Resulted in enrollments of 15 students for first cohort, 12 students for second cohort. • Championed the development of program specific industry advisory boards to inform curriculum and support external educational partnerships to drive enrollments. Resulted in the development of a Certificate in Managing Technical Teams and redesign of concentration curriculum for Master of Leadership in Sports Management.

NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY • Boston, MA • 2006 – 2011 DIRECTOR OF DISTANCE LEARNING PROGRAMS AT D’AMORE-MCKIM SCHOOL OF BUSINESS Developed and built operations, and oversaw administrative management, marketing and enrollment strategy of online graduate business programs. Managed multi-million-dollar budget; maintained primary oversight of revenue share reconciliation; monitored program contracts and worked with legal counsel to ensure compliance; managed vendor relationships; served as program liaison to internal and external constituents including media interviews and ranking information; supported Executive Education and IFS activities involving the online population to launch hybrid learning programs with IBM and Raytheon. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Established processes for program specific B2B initiatives. Launched three international corporate partnerships with IBM in India, China and the Philippines resulting in total enrollments of over 100 students. • Managed integration of multiple departments to ensure smooth delivery of online platform and student enrollment for over 80% student retention. • Leveraged skills and abilities to help surpass ten year projected enrollments in year four by 20%. • Managed all corporate partnerships related to Online MBA including UTC and Embanet B2B.
