RED LAKE RED LAKE MARGARET COCHENOUR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ➢ Emergency Isolation Centre Supervisor As this community prepares for a rise in COVID-19 cases in the coming weeks, community organizations have partnered to open a supported Emergency Isolation Centre for community members who are required to isolate, and have no other option. This will be a 24/7 operation, with 12 hour shifts. The Supervisor will be responsible for the organization, implementation and evaluation of the Emergency Isolation Centre staff, as well as the day-to-day operations. Contract position; hours could be flexible; wage to be determined. Responsibilities: Staffing • Schedule / supervise staff, ensuring adequate coverage for each shift. • Ensure effective communication within Centre, and with community partners. • Monitor Infection Control for all team members, including screening upon arrival to facility. Operations • Oversee all operations of Centre • Ensure infection control protocols are adhered to. • Ensure adequate supplies available. • Ensure appropriate use / disposal of PPE. • Respectfully engage with clients.
