We are excited to announce the 2020 IEEE 11th International Symposium on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation Systems (PEDG 2020), which is coming to Dubrovnik, Croatia June 8th to 11th, 2020. Dubrovnik is a city in southern Croatia fronting the Adriatic Sea. It is known for its distinctive Old Town, encircled by massive stone walls completed in the 16th century. Paved with limestone, the pedestrian Stradun (or Plaza) is lined with shops and restaurants. Dubrovnik was placed on the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage sites in 1979. And for movie fans, this is the place where the series Game of Thrones was filmed!
Hosted by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, the symposium, sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics Society and organized by the PELS Technical Committee on Sustainable Energy Systems, will provide a venue for experts to present the results of their cutting-edge research in power electronics and distributed generation systems.
PEDG 2020 will feature plenary and industry keynotes, tutorials, and regular technical sessions on theo- ry, analysis, design and development, testing, deployment and impact of power electronics for distributed generation, energy storage, and sustainable sources.
