Health facilities in Croatia, although generally of Western caliber, are under severe strain. Some medicines are in short supply. Doctors and hospitals may expect immediate cash payment for health services. U.S. medical coverage is not always valid outside the United States. The Medicare/Medicaid program does not provide payment for medical services outside the United States. Check with your own insurance company to confirm whether your policy applies overseas, including provision for medical evacuation. Ascertain whether payment will be made to the overseas hospital or doctor or whether you will be reimbursed later for expenses you incur. Some insurance policies also include coverage for psychiatric treatment or disposition of remains in the event of death. Useful information on medical emergencies abroad, including overseas insurance programs, is provided in the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs brochure Medical Information for Americans Traveling Abroad, available via its home page www.travel.state.gov. Foreign citizens receiving hospital treatment in Croatia are normally charged a fee higher than Croatian citizens.     Studies in Visual Arts and Communication: an international journal Vol 3, No 1 (2016) on-line ISSN 2393 - 1221 Illyrian religion and nation as zero institution Josipa Lulić * Abstract The main theoretical and philosophical framework for this paper are Louis Althusser's writings on ideology, and ideological state apparatuses, as well as Rastko Močnik’s writings on ideology and on the nation as the zero institution. This theoretical framework is crucial for deconstructing some basic tenants in writing on the religious sculpture in Roman Dalmatia, and the implicit theoretical constructs that govern the possibilities of thought on this particular subject. This paper demonstrates how the ideological construct of nation that ensures the reproduction of relations of production of modern societies is often implicitly or explicitly projected into the past, as trans-historical construct, thus soliciting anachronistic interpretations of the material remains of past societies. This paper uses the interpretation of religious sculpture in Roman Dalmatia as a case study to stress the importance of the critique of ideology in the art history. The religious sculpture in Roman Dalmatia has been researched almost exclusively through the search for the presumed elements of Illyrian religion in visual representations; the formulation of the research hypothesis was firmly rooted into the idea of nation as zero institution, which served as the default framework for various interpretations. In this paper I try to offer some alternative interpretations, intending not to give definite answers, but to open new spaces for research. Accordingly, the difference in poverty between two populations can be attributed to disparities in their average incomes and in the levels of income inequality. In this paper, we decompose the differences in relative poverty between each of the twenty-one Croatian counties and Croatia as a whole into the contributions of the mean income and income inequality, using the Household Budget Survey data for 2010. The decomposition framework that we utilize here is one usually applied for decompositions of intertemporal poverty changes, and is based on the concept of Shapley value from cooperative game theory. Poverty is measured by three conventional measures – the headcount ratio, the poverty gap, and the squared poverty gap – and robustness of the results to switching from one measure to another is discussed. The results of decompositions show that in most cases both the mean income and inequality differences contribute to poverty variation across the counties, relative to poverty in Croatia as a whole. When poverty is measured by the headcount ratio, the income contribution dominates the inequality contribution, while when we switch to the other two measures, which give more weight to poorer among the poor, the inequality contribution starts to dominate.

Following upon the research of Croatian linguists (R. Katičić) and cultural anthropologists (V. Belaj) the authors propose several sites, and structured associations thereof, which, in their opinion, played an important role as the foundations to the cultural landscape of Zagreb and the Zagreb Prigorje area, as we can at least partly reconstruct it today. These sites, located along the line St. Jakob-Medvedgrad-St.Marko, within the Remete »hoof,« along the line the Rog-the Stari Kip-Gradec (Zagreb), and those linked to St. Barbara are just initial examples of what might be achieved by a systematic continuous research. The paper also discusses methodology involved in studying cultural landscape, its signifi cance for the history of the visual arts, and the importance for contemporary interventions in our environment. Predmetna autocesta je dio europske mreže prome- tnica s oznakom E73, koja sjever Europe povezuje s Jadranom. Prometni koridor Vc, koji se pruža od Budimpešte preko Sarajeva do Ploča složena je poveznica sjeverne – srednje i južne Europe te predstavlja izuzetnu vri- jednost za privrednu i prometnu integraciju srednjo- europskog prostora. Izgradnjom prometnog koridora Vc povezanost i transparentnost prometnih pravaca cestovnog, željezničkog, riječnog i zračnog prometa direktno će utjecati na razvoj šireg i snažnijeg prome- tnog povezivanja Europe i Azije. 3 AUTOCESTA A5 // BELI MANASTIR - OSIJEK - SVILAJ Na dijelu Vc koridora, koji prolazi kroz teritorij Repu- Autocesta A5 Beli Manastir Osijek – Svilaj, dužine 88,6 blike Hrvatske, nalazi se autocesta A5 Beli Manastir km, podijeljena je na sljedeće dionice: – Osijek – Svilaj, koja se proteže od granice s Repu- blikom Mađarskom do granice s Republikom Bosnom Granica Rep.
