HIGHLIGHTS: Split is well known for its archaeological, historical and cultural monuments- the most famous one being the Palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian - a UNESCO World Heritage listed site. Meet your guide and take a walk through the 4th century Diocletian's Palace and see the ancient Cellars, Peristyle, the Golden and Silver gates, the oldest Cathedral in Europe-formally the Diocletian's Mausoleum and the Baptistery - former Temple of Jupiter.

Situated in a thick forest, Plitvice Lakes are considered to be one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world. Sixteen lakes, connected by 92 waterfalls, cascade through its picturesque surroundings. Plitvice Lakes were declared a National Park in 1949, and since 1979, they have been inscribed on the UNESCO List of World Natural Heritage sites. The park's attractions also include several caves and a great variety of flora and fauna.

Full Itinerary: Day 1 or Day 6 TRANSFER DUBROVNIK – SPLIT Transfer to Split through Korčula Island. On the way to Split, visit famous Marco Polo island of Korčula and go by ferry to Split. Overnight in Split.

Day 2 or Day 5 WALKING TOUR + OLIVE OIL TASTING

Split's walking tour, boasting a 17-century long history, will cover the city’s most important historical sites. The Diocletian's Palace with its cellars, dating from the 3rd century, the Peristyle, the Golden and Silver Gates, the Cathedral, and Jupiter's Temple are only part of the city's wealth of historic monuments.

Uje oil bar - (Oil tasting)Situated in the center of Split, the Uje oil bar and Pikulece Tapas bar have become inevitable stops for gastro tourists and those who are yet to become ones. The oil bar is more than a restaurant. It offers a rich premium selection of olive oils, and the staff is well educated in the presentation of both olive oils and wines. This based on traditional Dalmatian cuisine presented in a modern way in a beautiful interior.

OLIVE OIL TASTING Introduction to the ways of recognizing olive oil quality by tasting three authentic varieties of olive oil. Olive oil pairing with fleur de sel, aged red wine vinegar, homemade bread from our oven, and green olive tapenade.

Full Itinerary:

Day 3 or Day 4 Split – Zadar

On the way to Zadar, we'll stop in one of the wineries for a winetasting. Taste the nectar of gods on a 2-hour guided wine tasting tour in Kastela and discover the true origins of the "American Classic" - Zinfandel wine - deriving from an old and almost forgotten Croatian variety, Crljenak Kaštelanski.

Visit local wine-maker and sample several diverse winesfrom some of the oldest vineyards in Kastela. Learn more about local wine-producing traditions and typical grape varietals. Tour the wine cellars, hear first-hand the funny anecdotes and secretsof Dalmatian winemaking and explore the art of food and wine pairing.

Day 4 of Day 3 ZADAR - PLITVICE - ZAGREB After breakfast, you will transfer to Zagreb with a stop in one of the most beautiful National Parks - Plitvice Lakes.

A guided tour of the park lasts for about two and a half hours, including both a boat ride and a walking tour. Join us to enjoy the magic beauty of the lakes and waterfalls, creating spectacular scenery.

Day 5 of Day 2 ZAGREB – VARAŽDIN – TRAKOŠĆAN CASTLE

It is still widely unknown that HrvatskoZagorje is the area with the biggest numbers of castles in the world. Depart from your hotel. Travel to Varazdin. The economic and cultural center of the area of Medjimurje and HrvatskoZagorje. Tour of the city with a guide. After the tour, depart to Trakošćan Castle - one of the most attractive castles in . It is built on the visible foundations of simple Romanic citadels from the XII and XIII centuries. After the visit, have lunch in one of the local restaurants.

Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Farewell dinner Overnight in Zagreb.
