Agenda Action Point 1 Updates:  Shared Cluster Action plan of 2019 Contact person’s addressed  Nam Sang Yang village return: 17 families from and have moved to to be shared to cluster lead Nam Sang Yang (Myitkyina-Bhamo road). The return seems voluntary however have been promised for further communication to be provided with different services in the returned location by 9 different departments of ministry. The official opening was done on 30 October where 29 more families are also planning to return to Recommended for wash the location during February after school exam. No humanitarian assistance have been provided yet. and shelter joint monitoring  Yoe Kyi Monastery: Shalom in process to construct shelters and wash facilities through MHF at the local integration site in Bhamo Area. Local GAD have supported for road construction. Some IDPs already moved to the site with makeshift shelters. Recommended for wash and shelter joint monitoring

NRC: Shelter planned: LBC- 10 units, Chipwi KBC- 10 units, Waingmaw Muyin- 20 units, Mansi- 20 units and Namhkan Pang Long KBC – 35 units Durable solution: in process of proposing for funding for durable solution activities. Supported for Road construction in Nant laing for local integration. Information to be shared to SI: Provision for emergency shelter for rapid response. Over 100 emergency shelter kits available with SI. WASH cluster. Received letters from IDPs for wash support for resettlement. Some Multi-purpose cash available.

Metta: 5 units of shelter in Pan Khar kone to be implemented. No further plan currently.

KMSS-Bhamo: Constructing new shelter in Nkawng Pa : 65 single units with MHF funding. Return and Information to be provided Resettlement planning for 15 families returned to Da Sai from Nant Haing. Under DBP, around 120 shelter’s through cluster reporting funding available. 3 years HARP funding 2018-2020 being recommended for return and resettlement purpose. tool. Constructed 5 units of Shelter Mai Hkaung camp.

UNHCR: shared availabilities of 5,000 CGI sheets and budget for shelter to be implemented through project partners in Kachin and NSS. Also distributing winter NFIs to Pang Hkaung Yang area with support of KMSS-Bhamo
