Section II: Schedule of Requirements

 The minimum technical requirements are provided in the Section III returnable bidding form.

 The Bidder shall complete the section III returnable bidding form and submit along with the bid.

C. Delivery requirements and Comparative Data Table

UNOPS Requirements

For all Lots : Within 75 days after signing of the contract

Submission of shipping documents: 100% quantity to be ready and supplier shall provide all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, BOL / Draft AWB) within 60 days of Delivery Schedule signing of the PO. UNOPS will apply for TEC and provide the TEC to supplier to proceed with the shipment.

Delivery time to final destinations including customs clearance: Within 3 weeks of UNOPS providing the TEC to supplier.

For Lot 2 and Lot 3 Installation: Installation shall be done within two weeks after delivery of goods. Installation sites For Lot 2 and Lot 3 Training/ Testing: Training/ Testing shall be arranged at the time of installation

DAP (Final Destinations) as per Incoterms 2010

Final destinations for all Lots: Please refer to below table. Delivery place and Incoterms

rules The supplier will also have the responsibility of customs clearance in Yangon. UNOPS is tax exempted and the required tax exemption documents will be provided by UNOPS.

United Nations Office for Project Services Principal Recipient to Global Fund Consignee details No.12 (O), Pyi Thu Street, 7-Mile, Mayan gone Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

At the time the Contract is awarded, UNOPS reserves the right to vary UNOPS Right to vary the quantity of the goods and associated services specified above, requirements provided this does not exceed +/- 20%, without any change in the unit prices or other terms and conditions of the ITB

In case of Air shipment, the supplier shall provide AWB and other shipping documents much in advance to UNOPS. UNOPS will apply for Tax exemption certificate (TEC). Once the TEC is received, UNOPS will provide the greenlight for the shipment.

Other Shipping requirements NOTE: The time between the days when shipping documents are provided to UNOPS and the day dispatch clearance is issued is not included in the delivery times mentioned above. In case of Sea shipment, the supplier shall provide BOL and other shipping documents as soon as the Goods are delivered to the shipping line.
