Commissioner Wichman asked Maria Ziotek, Senior Deputy District Attorney, if the Board could take agenda items al-ji as one action.

MarIa Ziotek said that they could.

Commissioner Quitevis made a motion to approve agenda items a.I -j.1; seconded by Corrirnis&oner Hollis; 4 yeas.

Commissioner Eastley said that Potts Road had a picture of Diana’s Punchbowl. She wanted to make sure this map was not identifying Potts Road as the Diana’s Punchbowl Road.

Commissioner Wichman clarified that when they dealing with two or three roads in the same quadrant they will use the same name.

Commissioner Eastley stated that the supporting document from the 1974 Belmont Couher that was supposed to be highlignted, had actually deleted the words.

Commissioner Wichman said that she would correct the backup and use a red box around the text in the future.

3. GENERAL ROAD REPORT BY PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

Dave Fanning, Director, Public Works, said that Gamebird Road was originally set for paving on September 13, 2010 and was moved to October 4,2010, now it is weather pending. He said NDOT has disallowed the first approved mixed design and the new pave date for Gamebird Road is October 20, 2010. Mr. Fanning said that they have had problems with the general contractor that was awarded the job by NDQT.

Mr. Fanning said that he is writing a letter to the general contractor seeking damages that have been incurred by the Public Works Road Department to maintain the road for the residenis and businesses that are located on Gamebird Road.

Commissioner HoIlis asked for an update on SR 160.

Dave Fanning said that NDOT willbegin crack sealing within the next two weeks and micro surfacing willfollow that. Mr. Fanning said that he was supposed to get a press release from NDOT a week belore so that the public could be notified of what was going on.
