THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (C3004 CILGERRAN) (RESTRICTED ROADS AND 30MPH SPEED LIMIT) (AMENDMENT No.3) ORDER 2021 ______
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 82, 83 and 84, and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), the effect of which will be to amend ‘The County of Pembroke (Various Roads) (Restricted Roads and 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017’ as though in Schedule 2 the following applies:
Schedule 2 – 30mph Speed Limit 1. In Schedule 2 insert:
1.13.0 Cigerran Length of Road Cilgerran to Pen-y-bryn road ii) From a point 91 metres west of the junction with (3004) Castle square to a point 310 metres east of the junction with Melin-Y-Coed.
Note – the proposal looks to extend the current 30mph limit at Cilgerran, East to include the extent of the built development.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send in writing a statement detailing the grounds on which the objection is made to the undersigned by the 15th day of June 2021.

The Pembrokeshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") in exercise of its powers under Sections 82, 83, 84 and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make the following Order:- 1. ‘The County of Pembroke (Various Roads) (Restricted Roads and 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2017’ shall have effect as though in Schedules 2 the following applies:
